Pros

Love the universal inbox. Allows me to view and respond to customer inquires. Best of all, it's all in one easy to use place.

Cons

Price. There are some similar products that are much better priced and offer more options and better customer service.

Pros

I like how organized it is, and I like being able to tag cases and keep track of customers.

Cons

I don't like the reporting tools; the data is not very useful. I also sometimes find it difficult to tell if a customer has replied recently or not.

Pros

Very straight forward yet powerful, particularly on the desktop version. It is a major plus for us that it can work off-line. The reporting is incredibly helpful and easy to use.Overall very satisfied with it and we feel like we are just scratching the surface.

Cons

The mobile app needs some more work. (There are some inconsistencies in use between the desktop and the mobile). Other thant that we find no major flaws with the product.

SFDC has played a tremendous role in helping our sales team take control of our sales pipeline. Whether it's forecasting, prospecting or researching customer activity, we're able to efficiently manage our business. While we're still trying to get our team to adapt to Lightening, I'm sure we'll get there.

Their customer service is extremely fast and pleasant. The product itself works well enough for our needs after some tweaking.

Cons

Some features feel incomplete (e.g., some of the business insights features feel like they need more work).

The ease of use for even a beginner makes this software attractive! The layout isn't overwhelming, as many websites have too much stuff they try to fit on the homepage. Navigating the website and finding information is easy. I have also found the FAQ and how-to pages very useful.

Cons

Simple, direct support, streamlined website. Minimal training to use. Cheap.

Cons

Prior to use, we had physical tickets and outsourced the calls to a minimum wage secretarial "pool," which was iffy at best.

Service cloud does many things well but UI lets it down. Very difficult to see all things quickly.\\ Would liek the user to be able to view updates or actions on multiple accounts when they log in to either home or an account.
