Pros

The software they provide is easy to use and they provide constant help when needed. The support staffs are very nice to work with and it's nice to know that if ever you need them their response rate is very quick. I could not recommend them highly enough!

None to report, initially a few teething problems when first set up but has been smooth running since

Pros

I have been using few software's before and its nothing compared to salon precision, the service provided by them is 100%. The software is easy to use, has colour coded icons to make the day to day database run smoothly, and staff are very helpful.

Cons

In the beginning, it was a bit slow - but as time went on staff from salon precision have been prompt with dealing with any issues we have had. Cant complaint now.

I was going to go for a leading market product until I met Andrew who introduced me to Salon Precision. It does everything I need it to. What's also important running a small business is quick support when things go wrong. I would recommended this product that anyone who runs a salon or spa and needs software developed to meet their requirements.

Salon precision is a easy to use software for any beauty clinic. All features are user friendly and easy to understand. The staff are all friendly especially Grace who has been amazing and supportive to the staff, answered all questions, queries and helped us to transfer from our old software to new software, she remind patient even when we were annoying her every 5 mins. The team have been great, they have help us to develop new reports. I would highly recommend them.
