My experience with the DatingPro company has been outstanding. DatingPro are very knowledgeable about Dating website and App products and you should feel confident to make a purchase from them.
I've been working closely with Dating Pro for around 3 months now with 2 dating websites and it was already AMAZING to begin with. And to be honest it just gets better and BETTER.
They're real people who deeply care about their clients and what they do. I can't thank the Team enough for their help and advice throughout my journey with them so far - they're humble superstars.
Always wonderful customer service. Constantly developing new functions and there is the possibility of ordering individual customizations.

I have been riped off for $2,500. This company is a total SCAM.
Another thing about their team you need to know, they will disapear on you. You will pay for a custom service and not hear back from them until you start threatening them.
The worst ever experience of working with a Dating Software Company.
The site doesn't make sense as a dating website, its as if they just threw in features just to throw them in with no purpose.

Overall: Nice experience allowed me to meet many people, now I am friends with many of them, we maintain communication with many outside the site, and in plans to have a formal relationship only with one whom I met on the site, as long as these sites are well used the software will have fulfilled the objective of bringing people closer, all the tools of the software are easy to use, the only complication is the very high price to have the domain of the count.
Pros: It allows you to meet people from all the countries with which you can coincide by seeing their profile, appearance and giving you the opportunity to establish a friendly relationship and then move on to a relationship and if the conditions are right, reach something else outside the site. the software is well implemented and linked to use on a cell phone, you register, manage and cancel if you wish.
Cons: the software does not recognize scammers, I had the opportunity to meet many scammers, when you enter this site you fill in personal data and add photos, at least the photos should be filtered to know if it corresponds to the person,

The Editor + Really intuitive and user-friendly in my experience - lots of options and ways of editing the site and live interface + While the Login Widgets aren't set up, that's standard and the team can do this for you! + Easily change any wording on the site and install multiple new languages too (bear in mind you may need to do a bit of manual translating for add-on apps, but this is standard plus super easy with Google Translate) + Can choose to pre-approve, post-approve or leave open user comments and photos on the site! Cons: - You may need to request quotes for some things e.g. Message Read - but the team are quick to do so and the pricing is reasonable :) - The Hybrid Mobile App doesn't come installed with everything from Desktop site - however it does come installed with the basics from your package. Plus you can get quotes to install those Apps if you need, plus you can guide users to the standard mobile site anyway

Their knowledge, professionalism and ‘make anything possible’ attitude has made this project working experience fantastic and one that I have truly enjoyed. Always available for customer questions and responding promptly to me has made me a very happy customer. I would make a purchase from the DatingPro company again for sure. "Pre-sale and implementation phase"
Overall: Pre-sale: I started the process with an almost 4-month due diligence process comparing almost all providers in the industry and comparing their offerings from different angles. During the competition review, DatingPro was always amongst the most responsive and prepared. Their responses were quite complete and honest. They didn’t push me to buy their most expensive and complete pack but rather tried to understand what I was after. During the pre-sale process, I had more and deeper exchanges with them than with the other providers. The responses from the pre-sale person ([SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]) were always timely and complete. For each customization options, they provided accurate reasonable estimates usually within the next day, contrary to some of their competitors. After about three months, I retained three providers with DatingPro being already my favorite. In terms of price for the functionalities they offered, they were the most competitive. Their documentation and demo on their site were also among the best. In the end, I took the decision to build my site with them going following agreement on a Gant chart for the implementation plan. I have chosen to start from their Starting Pack to which I have added the add-ons I found most useful following my needs and also some customization on some differentiating aspects. Implementation phase: Though I am in the middle of the implementation, the process runs smoothly with also a great level of responsiveness and competence from their Team.
Pros: Value for money, simple set up, optional add-ons easy to add at any point in time, quality of the team
Cons: Not much at stage, I am 100% satisfied.
