### "Very Poor customer service"

Terrible customer service. As of right now we are on track to leave as soon as our contract ends. We have been overbilled by $500 two months in a row. We try to contact our rep and it's 2 weeks till we hear back from them. We keep getting the run-around and nothing ever gets fixed.

Pros

It works great for what we need it for.

Cons

Wish we could use live custom date ranges.

Pros

The data visualizations are great and the company is great to work with. They constantly are updating and improving the service. Fantastic data connectors.

Cons

Price is high but expected. Overall not many cons. Occasional glitches and down time can be frustrating.

Pros

You can really connect it to most software and get most numbers that you want. Their customer support is amazing. They jump in and do a lot with you.

Cons

It's not the easiest to use once you want anything more elaborate than basic metrics. But that's the tradeoff you make for the immense flexibility.

Was no a grow super-user, but enjoyed the visualization of data for me and for teams

Pros

I used grow mostly to reference the data our teams were collecting about work and projects to see how we were doing. It was very interesting to see how our projects and goals really were making a difference in the business

Cons

I felt like it broke sometimes where the numbers would forget where they were being pulled from, we would go in a reconnect what needed to be reconnected and it would be good to go again. It was an easy fix, but the breaking did happen every once in a while

Worse experience with a SAAS company in 24 years of working online!!!

Pros

Nothing at all. This company is run by sharks who do not deliver what they promise and then keep your money refusing to budge. The best thing I like about Grow.com is that I did find a company that could do what they promised - and although I wasted my money that Grow.com refused to refund I did get the metrics I needed elsewhere.

Cons

Everything. They are dishonest, make false promises, don't do what they say they will do, and despite video footage of them saying they can do something - they refuse to refund when they don't deliver. Save your money, use a different service.

Grow has enabled me to evaluate various programs within our business and make changes that have had a significant impact on both revenue and our spending. Without Grow, I never would have recognized the issues that needed to be addressed.

Pros

Grow allows me to create the BI metrics I needs to monitor my business's health and the health, growth and successes (or failures) of my sales and marketing initiatives in a way that is easy to understand and intuitive to even the most un-data driven stakeholders.

Cons

Creating the metrics that I need is not always as easy as I would hope. But I believe much of that is on my non-tech savvy. However, the people at Grow are fabulous at helping me create whatever metric I need.

Pros

Data analysis is an integral part of today's world, and Grow facilitates that greatly. Has really helped organize and understand large amounts of data.

Cons

Haven't come across any features on the platform that are not of use.

Grow seems to be a command center steering companies into success by processing data related to a more efficient decision making.

Pros

Dashboards within the software can be highly customized and serves its relative purpose. Data across a huge source can be a factor into making useful decisions. Access within the application is easy with a variety of OS and devices ready for use. Data updates is also a huge advantage among other BI software.

Cons

The software excels at what it does, and most of the lag we encounter may be from our end (ISP, computer software). We have not encountered any major issue for now.

Its a great way to see lower funnel metrics at the source, medium, and campaign level. We have been able to make real data-driven decisions in regards to our marketing efforts because of the data visualization

Load times can be a pain especially if you are trying to look at data quickly

In my situation, predominately by the integration of QB Desktop, Grow has been very disappointing. I have to manually pull the data, which defeats the whole purpose of Grow, Everytime Grow syncs it shuts down QB and keeps me from doing other things including anything else on my computer. And the data I need is typically not available. It has been frustrating since the first day. I would like to use it and do like the output when it is updated but it takes me longer to keep it updated then it is worth.

Grow is a great product, but wasn't the best solution for us. It does give a good company overview of what's going, but the data wasn't really easy to interact with.

Pros

Grow is a solid product if you have pretty stream lined data. If you know a little SQL this software can work great! For the major connection pieces we needed the software worked great!

Cons

The dashboards weren't as interactive as we would have liked. We ended up having to push and manipulate most of our data in GoogleSheets before pushing it to Grow.

The main business problem Grow solves for us is visibility into all areas of the business. When everyone understands how their counterparts are performing, we all can work together and unify our efforts.

Pros

Grow makes it easy to put together information from every part of the business onto one page. They also make things like sales dashboards very easy to do. I haven't found a data source that Grow doesn't support. My CSM has been extremely helpful and responsive.

Cons

When we started using Grow over a year ago there were some minor frustrations with scrolling and general navigation. These have been resolved. For the basics needs to which we put Grow, I have no "dislikes."

The ability to clearly show information in a way that demonstrates the value of our activity, as well as shows where the pressure points are for our clients.

Cons

Occasionally there is a slight adjustment from some APIs that shifts the business intelligence and requires more maintenance than we would like.

Pros

Easy access to the report. It's very easy to create the reports. The Option to send the dashboard by email.

Cons

We cannot send individual reports by email, only the complete dashboard.

Pros

The pricing. Grow offers a competitive product to the giants like DOMO, Microstrategy and SAS, but doesn't crush you on pricing and can be built to scale from your start-up to your enterprise aspirations.

Cons

Data Manipulation and customization could be a bit easier and more robust.. Sometimes it seems like you have to go around your butt to reach your elbow.
