I think the product is sufficient for most business needs. Cons As a Hubspot shop we don't love the integration there. It's weird because Hubspot is an investor in Grow. Review Source FP Fabian P. So did an audit and find that sales and lead management was not in our industry standards. We took to resolve the problem so hired more people, improved pitch and implemented a new lead strategy. Nothing really worked as expected, the numbers were still very low. Then we got to know what grow.com did and helped us see the whole puzzle and realised that the mistakes we made were in branding and marketing, attracting the wrong target public and confusing with another competitor. June 29, 2018 4.0 We solved many of the problems that arose from a lack of real-time, cross-channel reporting tool. Plus the fact that Grow enabled us to unify all of our channels under easy-to-visualize metrics, really saved us a lot of time in reporting. Pros I like the ease with which direct integrations are made, and also the wide variety of third party providers with which Grow integrates directly. I also appreciate very much the frequency with which it allows us to refresh metrics. Cons I believe that the things that I like the most is the flexibility to modify graphs, fonts, font sizes, axes limits, and overall metric visualization. I think that Grow is a little plug-and-play in that sense but a bit more of freedom to modify metric visualization would be great. Review Source CD Cara D. Cons It's a little unintuitive at first, but with some trial & error I've been able to get exactly what I need. Would love some more help articles and maybe a series on "here's how you get common \[sales/customer success/etc.) metrics using \[Salesforce/Hubspot/etc.\] data. I can easily pull up different dashboards to see the information that most relevant to my day to day, but if I need to reference data from another team I have easy access to that as well. Cons Sometimes we run into issues where not all of our other platforms will integrate seamlessly into Grow. Pros Grow is great for the automation features. I can hook it up directly to our database and never need to update or change charts and dashboards. Cons Lacks customization features. My dashboards all end up looking very similar because there aren't ways to customize with text and colors and graphics outside of the actual charts. It's amazing to have it all in one place and have it be actionable. Grow software has completely shifted how we see our business. If we can't take a KPI and "Grow It" we will not use it. My only warning is once you start you can't stop! The business intelligence and strategic guidance we've acquired from converting our non-human spreadsheets to visually stimulating Grow metrics is unparalleled. If you're on the fence... go for it. Cons Trash in trash out. Working on your business not in your business. This isn't a negative on Grow as much as the user. You have to learn the system, collect data, and accept the results. No issues with uploading information/files and the Grow team was available to assist or to answer any questions. Cons The real thing is this application is Not for large agencies. Customer support representatives are very responsive and show me tips along the way, so I may make minor changes myself if it is pressing. The responses are quick, professional, and the open-dialogue is much obliged as well. Pros The simplistic way it can be organized and viewed, while still being able to give us all the information we need without having to build anything beyond our Excel sheets or take the information from our existing internal platforms. Some of my favorites are Google analytics and Trello. It also has unlimited users which is nice when your company is continuously growing.
