Their customer service is spectacular and the product is always getting better. You can dashboard pretty much anything if your data is clean and you can write sql. They are consistently adding new features too. Pros Great user interface Cons A little slow. Would be nice to be able to manipulate the look and feel for your own brand. We were able to bring all our questions and she either helped point us in the right direction, assisted in troubleshooting, and for the occasional bug, was quick to get it fixed. It shows a clear picture if we need to pick up the pace or if we are doing just fine. I like the graphics that are in sync with our numbers. Cons Sometimes, the graph didn't match our actual data, but it was a tiny difference. With customer support we were able to figure it out. Thanks Grow! December 19, 2017 5.0 Pros Grow is so simple to use, and it's an easy way to see how business is progressing. It's also easy to upload data, receive an analysis, and share it with an entire team. I can't rave about it enough. I was able to set up dashboards without any onboarding which was great. The amount of integrations available is really outstanding because we use so many platforms that it's nice to not fuss with requesting features. Pros It is really easy to use but doesn't lack features and capabilities. I am able to combine reports, design them, and show really any data I could possibly need. I like the concept and the product was actually pretty easy to use and to set up. I found it beneficial for certain KPIs we discuss as a team, but since we're a remote team we don't discuss these items in person or reference them throughout the day enough to justify the cost of using the product on a regular basis. Cons Would love if there was a free tiered plan or like a quick action type feature that we could blast out once a week or once a month for everyone to reference. I have already recommended the software to one another contractor Pros We use it to import data from google sheets and our CRM called JobNimbus. I love the fact that we can take the data break it apart and then strength back together to gather a series of data points for just about any type of report that is needed. Pros My company was actually on another BI platform when I started my BI journey. But the other software was so difficult to use and my work wasn't moving. Unfortunately, it took us a while to realize that the software would not work the way we needed it to with our database. The developers assisting us were not knowledgeable of some security ramifications that roadblocked us and it was up to us to figure out how to navigate through this. Pros \- Metric dashboards look great - Integration and linking with a variety of data sources, very robust - Cons \- The user interface seemed very fragmented and hard to understand - Customer support wasn't as knowledgeable with our specific use case as we would have liked - Pricing was hard to swallow based on not being able to function as we needed it to. Cons We paid almost weeks ago, I gave them specifically what we need, gave them access to all of our data and they still didn't start with the on boarding process. Once you get up to speed with it, it's very easy to use and things generally run smoothly. Cons We ran into some hiccups getting started due to the way our electronic health record released data to Grow. Very responsive and eager to help however they can. The one challenge I had they owned up, communicated daily, fixed the bug and gave me a free month. Classy bunch of professional. Pros The user interface is robust enough to dive deep but also easy to manipulate. Ambassador owns 4 companies in another State. We needed a way to see, real time, what the stats were, Grow provided the perfect solution. I cannot speak highly enough of Brad Orman, he was a "Super Star" in helping to set up the dashboards. Pros Visibility of where the company is. Clean charts. Customization. " June 19, 2017 5.0 Pros Customer support, flexibility, integrations with other APIs. Ability to script in SQL as well as have spreadsheet functions available. Cons Some APIs are more developed than others. For instance, the Twitter Ads API could use a bit more automation, so that I don't have to manually select the relevant campaigns each month. Ideally, there's be a way to automate this for a given month.
