Used the software for: ### "Good data visualization software from a growing company" November 9, 2016 4.0 For the most part the interface is easy to use and navigate. It's dead simple to use until you run into something which isn't behaving how you want it to, which should not be the common occurrence. I was unable to represent some of the data in a way that I wanted. Other than that it was a great tool to use and setup. I do wish they had a stacked bar chart 100% which was horizontal. The vertical one worked ok for what I wanted, but due to the number of bars (items) being represented it would have worked better horizontally. Review Source AP Ali P. Before, I would have to update my collectors how they are doing all the time. Now, they can glance over to the dashboard and know exactly where they stand. It holds them personally accountable for the team's goal. However, our dashboard has problems representing the numbers completely accurate. This, I believe, is a complication between our loan platform and Grow. We haven't been able to get it quite right. I would love to put my whole trust in the numbers on the board. They update regularly and provide a good snapshot of how our group is doing. That being said, setting up the dashboards is a bit clunky and editing the formatting is a little clunky as well. Especially getting percentages to work well can be an issue. I ask my folks for what I need and how I need to see them and its right there! I am partially colorblind and they can even help me with that in the graphs! Its easy i just look at a chart and I know what I need to do. I found also cool the canvas size is more versatile than other market solutions as tableau or power bi. The way to build the formular resembles the way excel works, and that is easier for my clients to understand. Cons is a bit difficult to find data source. Every meeting now starts with Grow dashboards pulled up and discussion about our progress on goals. Each department has metrics that are represented in Grow and easily visible the the management team. That type of transparency has increased performance in several areas that were previously hard to measure/view our progress. Pros Grow's approach to business intelligence is straight forward and logical. They've achieved an excellent balance between ease-of-use and a robust feature set to deliver a product that can be used by data analysis and non-technical managers alike. Learning some of the nuances of setting up metrics has been cumbersome, but our dedicated onboarding specialist has been very responsive. Integrating various external data points has been a breeze. I can't say about CS or Value because I don't use CS and I don't know how much my company paid for it. I would like to see it refresh faster, I don't know if that's on your end or ours. Pros The integrations and metric setup UI makes it easy to get visuals up and running quickly. All you need is experience with spreadsheets to get started. Also, the visuals look really polished. We're starting to use it in decks for VIP audiences. Cons If it's not an integration, you can't pull in the data without some exotic workarounds. I'd love a custom API builder to pull in data for smaller vendors. Everyone seems to be extremely knowledgable. It is great that Grow holds these conferences. Keep it coming! Pros This software is extremely easy to use and easy to understand. I was able to go into the software and plug in all my integrations really easily. Cons There are new features that have been recently released and it took some time to learn.
