We needed a Dashboard to pull together information in a timely manner versus manual excel spreadsheets with data entry from various sources of sales.

Pros

Ease of use and on boarding support. Ability to create the dashboard to how you/your Sr Team likes to see the information.

Cons

A bit costly and timing of when we decided to set it up (on boarding fell over the holidays)

Pros

User friendly and easy to send out automated reports. I am appreciative of the fact that I can gather our team around meaningful metrics in order to support better decision making.

Cons

Slightly clunky at times but I know they are currently working on updating the product so I'm sure it will only become more seamless.

Pros

Grow is a great tool to show our clients their metrics with a friendly interface. Dashboards are easily filterable and adds value to our presentations.

Cons

I have not had any instances where I did not have issues with the dashboards, but GROW offers training and good feedback if I were to.

Pros

The easily read graphics, and information sharing is clear and concise. When not using SQL, it is really easy to use.

Cons

Really hard to set up special metrics if you don't know SQL. The Growmies are a lot of help, and I am looking forward to the release of the new Beta.

it's a bit technical since I don't know sql. general usability with the dashboards can sometimes be frustrating.

Cons

Seems to need to refresh ever so often (I'll get an error and it will say to refresh and even when I do, it will repeat the same message).

While I see the importance and value of the product, It is definitely something that requires assistance to navigate. I am still eager to see it in action.

Pros

the ability to bring all metrics to one place to be looked at side by side and even layered to set goals more accurately. The visual effect and being able to visualize where the company is statistically and where it needs to go.

Cons

Not very user friendly, may not have access to all of the metrics/kpi's I need access to but I haven't been able to see them all.

Cons
