Pros How easy it is to navigate and learn and the amount of support the Grow team gives to ensure that everything is set up correctly. Cons I love just about everything about Grow -- I do wish there was a feature that keeps a dynamic list of company benchmarks that update in real-time and use that to be a comparison goal line in metrics. It is easy for your frontline employees to use and the reporting is simple enough for pretty much everyone to understand. Pros It brought all of the data together so we could see what was happening. We were able to plan better for what was going to happen that year. We could also collect resources to show our customers when needed. Cons Sometimes the reporting would break and it would take several levels of support to fix it. We had former Grow employees and sometimes it would even take them a while to get the data fixed. No communication from her and had to constantly follow up with her to get information. When we had issues, neither her nor her manager \[sensitive content hidden\] would respond to my emails or meet with me. Pros As an educator for a private online school, I heavily rely on the metrics featured on my Grow dashboard. My colleagues and I utilize Grow for attendance tracking, student satisfaction surveys, ungraded assignments, inactive enrollments, and pass/fail percentages. March 7, 2018 5.0 Pros We have data living in all sorts of places around the web; from Salesforce to Google Docs, all of our data is at our fingertips. I've created multiple metrics that allows us to ask the right questions about how our firm is growing. Cons A lot of their metrics can be built using simple commands they call "transforms" but some of it still requires knowing SQL which can be a bit of a pain if you don't know any. Once data sets are added putting together dashboards is pretty easy. Cons Some of the equations that are available do not respond as I would anticipate. Sometimes it takes a minute to figure out how the program is compiling the data. Having dynamic, up to date metrics front and center has created excellent motivation. Pros It is easy enough for me to pull in my data and transform it in the way that I need to in order to display the metrics that are important. I love the transforms. Cons I set things up and then went many months without editing metrics, when I returned it was very different. Cons Grow takes a long time to accumulate and update reports/data. Sometimes it will take days for stats to be updated. Pros The data and user interface is great from the perspective of a user. Very easy to use, and it didn't require much time to learn. Cons Sometimes charts can take longer to load or can display the data incorrectly. Can often be fixed by refreshing the page but can also be frustrating sometimes. To do so: Edit metic > go to the Chart tab > click "Refresh Rate" (in the bottom left corner) > and choose the desired settings. Before modifying the refresh rates, you may want to consult with our support team at support@grow.com to make sure they are set to the most optimal refresh rates, without running into API request limitations.
