Super helpful having snapshots that can be customized on dashboards Cons Drilling into the detail behind the dashboards is difficult to identify what is driving changes. This is likely due to how our company sets up the dashboards, not necessarily with Grow itself. While sometimes the software is limited, that is made up for by the excellent support. They understood their products strenghts an current limits and were able to provide me with the code that I needed. At the same time, they were working to improve the software so that I could easily do what I wanted in the future without the extra help. Cons At times, it isn't clear how to get what I want. Also, while they are working to improve this, Grow doesn't always take data from external sources in the best format so I have extra steps to manipulate the data to work with Grow. Allows us to create dashboards that are far stronger than any one platform could provide. Between false advertising and an unreasonable accounts team, I can’t recommend this product to anyone. Pros My onboarding specialist, Drew, was amazing to work with and went above and beyond for me and my team. In the end, the product didn’t fit the needs / timing for our organization. Cons 1) When we finally decided that this product was not best fit for us, the customer service was a nightmare and the Grow accounts team was unreasonable. Read the fine print in your contract because they will stick to every letter of it. \*You have to give them 30 days notice to cancel (which is fine), however, be careful because any bill that due within that 30 days will be billed in full (not prorated, from the time you cancel). We cancelled on the 18th, but the next bill was on the 6th of the next month. The bill on the 6th was for another entire month even though our account was set to close in 12 days from that bill. Needless to say Grow refered to the letter of their contract and were unwilling to do anything about it. 2) False advertising. You cannot get your dashboards to look like the ones on their website. The charts and graphs on their website are doctored to look amazing but what you actually get is much different. I was sold on something and then frustrated that I couldn’t get mine to look the same. Cons Some knowledge of SQL is required, although I know the Grow team is working to eliminate any SQL requirements. Still, for a non-coder, there are some limitations on complex reporting. Not only did I get an answer to my most recent dilemma, but the representative that answered went above and beyond with extra information and research that I had not even considered. Pros Grow.com is very easy to learn and use. It offers great solutions for tracking and visualizing data, providing an effective tool for increasing business performance and efficiency. Cons I only have one very specific application that Grow does not connect well with, and I would be far more apt to blame the source of the data than to blame Grow, itself. Additionally, I like being able to view other teams data and easier compare what is working for one team compared to another.
