They seem to plug into almost all of the other tools we want to work with, and when they don't we can work something with a Google sheet or something else. They've got a good API as well. Their service is excellent. Love this company. Pros Easy to use, great design, flexible, excellent integrations, fast customer service. It has a wow factor to it that makes everything you are presenting look so positive. It is really useful to be able to provide daily results to everyone on the team. Every department in our company uses it and it is one of the key drivers of the decisions we make. Pros It is very easy to integrate and there are plenty of integration opportunities. Once the data is in Grow you can manipulate it to reveal the key opportunities to grow your business. We now have real-time dashboards displaying key performance indicators in the office. This has helped to drive action and free up time that was previously spent on analysing this information manually. The Grow team have been excellent in supporting us during the initial setup period and roll-out. Pros Clean look and feel. Seamless integration with a wide range of data sources. October 6, 2016 4.0 Grow is a fantastic system for showing close-to-real-time data on an organizations key performance metrics. Their support staff is great and very responsive. The key thing for me is integrations, I researched many competitors including NinjaCat, Klipfolio, Domo, Tableau and Acquisio and found that Grow had the most comprehensive list of available integrations at a reasonable price. The only drawback I have found is is that as you expand your library of metrics, the system slows down when refreshing the data. It makes sense that the more data the servers have to keep up with, the longer it will take but I think it's time to upgrade their infrastructure. Pros The integrations and the visualizations Cons the slowness of the data refresh, the system appear to only refresh one metric at a time and when you have 50 metrics, that's quite a wait. March 30, 2018 3.0 Pros The graphics come out very nice, and the dashboard reports are beautiful. It was easy to use and figure out. Cons I had a hard time figuring out how to get our sales were performing across all products for one year; and in order to get the charts to display it correctly, I spent a lot of time reorganizing the spreadsheet I uploaded into Grow to get it to show. In some cases we would need more complex dashboards. Pros You can show dashboards with different users. Cons In some ways hard to use and to fund tutorials or how to posts quite hard. As requirement is for more complex dashboard we need to play and go long way to get a result we want. Pros They done a fantastic job of take a lot of the SQL programming out for those of us end users that are not from the IT or Analyst realm. Cons Good question, I've only used for the past 6 weeks and haven't found anything I don't like. It's just a matter of digging and using the application to learn.
