Value for Money

Pros: Although we do not use the JWorks product, my office has been a customer of Equivalents CourtView Justice Systems products for more than 28 years. We are very satisfied with the CourtView 2 case management system and look forward to upgrading to one of the newer versions such as JWorks as funding becomes available. We also appreciate the professionalism of their customer service and support services. The support staff always work with us until our issues are timely resolved. We recently took advantage of their Business Process Service and even after being on our current version 11 years, the trainer was able to give us many ideas to use the system to make us more efficient. One idea showed us an automated process that allows us to stop routing the physical files from clerk to clerk for further processing. That tip alone was worth the cost of the review!
