Happy with the product. Has worked well, no issues, and will continue to use. Perhaps start looking at more than just the basic features to get more out of the product than we do currently.

Pros

I like the automated messaging and the live chat. The live chat was the initial reason why we wanted to implement this system. It has been very helpful when used. Not many people on the website use the feature, but when they do it's always been great to have.

Cons

It was more complicated to implement on the site, but not sure that wouldn't be the case with any other similar system. Requires a little more web-savy techincal knowledge than we have in-house.

Was good pricing, compatible with our website platform, and appeared to have all the features we were looking for.

Mi sono trovato bene ad utilizzarla per la gestione del servizio clienti sul sito dell'azienda, ed ho particolarmente apprezzato la possibilità di visualizzare le chat offline e il comportamento degli utenti sulle pagine del sito. Ma il costo si è rivelato troppo elevato per mantenere il servizio stabilmente.

Pros

Oltre alla chat in tempo reale con gli utenti sul sito, consente di visualizzare le azioni e il comportamente sul sito degli utenti e poter quindi capire meglio cosa funziona e cosa non funziona delle pagine web.

Cons

A volte è capitato di non ricevere notifiche di chat iniziate dagli utenti, e in generale il passaggio dall'account free a quello a pagamento è da valutare bene perché non è proprio economico.

Tout aller bien, jusqu'à ce qu'il change le contrat sans prévenir et que cela devienne excessivement cher par rapport aux autres solutions similaires. Totalement déçu. J'ai le sentiment d'avoir été le dindon de la farce...

Pros

à éviter ! Totalement déçu, suite à un changement de prix et de prix en cours de contrat, avec une limite à 100 utilisations du chatbot par mois… tout cela rend ce module completement inutile par rapport à d'autres solutions, bien moins cher et plus performante, comme Br\*\*o par exemple.

Cons

Changement des prix en cours de contrat et des limites d'utilisation.

Pros

Lo uso giornalmente per gestire il servizio clienti della nostra piattaforma. Utilizziamo anche le automazioni e devo dire che è semplice e versatile. L'app mobile è molto comoda, ti permette di essere presente per i clienti in qualsiasi momento, ovunque ti trovi. L'ho consigliato a molti colleghi e clienti, ne vale proprio la pena.

Cons

Nulla in particolare, forse avere anche un'applicazione desktop sarebbe utile, perché mi trovo costretto a mantenere il sito web sempre aperto per poterlo gestire con facilità. Se ci fosse la userei di sicuro.

Ils ont changé les fonctionnalités de mon abonnement alors qu'il n'était pas fini, rendant mon achat sans interet. Je me suis retrouvé à devoir payer par jour ce que je devais payer par mois initialement. Faîtes bien attention.

Pros

Le chatbot et l'UX sont biens, mais la limitation ajoutée dernièrement, rend l'application hors de prix par rapport aux concurrents qui se situent bien en dessous des prix de ce chatbot. Attention, ils ont tendance à changer les prix en cours de contrat et à vous limiter pour vous forcer à payer plus.

Cons

Il semble qu'il n'y ait aucune considération pour le client (vous et moi) dans cette entreprise.

Pros

It's an incredible tool for handling customer support. The interface is simple and clean and the learning curve is incredibly friendly.

Cons

On the mobile app, chats seem to take a long time to load, making the immediacy of a response, practically null.

Pros

It is very easy to implement, deploy and invite agents. UI is very transparent and clear, response time is very nice to have.

Cons

There nothing as such deeply dislike I do have, but in terms some features is missing Like, Topics, Automation and Group these are to be there to fully utilize that

Great when it works Constant uncommunicated changes to how stuff works

Pros

Imagine, that you open your website one day and the chat has changed. The functionalities have changed, so that everything works different. The email notifications have changed and are sent from a different email address. You lose a couple of days until you realize what has happened. Smartsupp has changed stuff in the past without notice, but in Oct 2020, they just replaced the whole product for a clone of the competition without any warning. The fact that you can't rely on anything is the main issue. Otherwise, the price is affordable and if you don't need support (a bot would probably do a better job of helping with anything). If you don't like an unreliable product without efficient support, look elsewhere.

Smartsupp nos ha servido muchisimo en un tiempo, hemos atendido clientes en tiempo real que entran a la web y nos contactan para saber mas de nuestro producto, y tambien hemos podido ver estadisticas de cuantos entran, que páginas ven, que leen a que le dan click, pero ya la hemos reemplazado por opciones mas practicas.

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado es que tienes la posibilidad de ver el comportamiento del cliente en la web, ver el video desde que entra, ver que lee, a que le da click, ver el % de rebote, así puedes tener una idea de que reforzar en tu web, o que cambiar.

Cons

Smartsupp es una herramienta genial para dar soporte en linea con un chat a clientes, pero ahora hay muchos servicios que ofrecen esto sin tener que pagar, y son mas populares para implementar en la web, por ejemplo el whatsapp.

It is so quick and easy to work with the product, you don't put much effort and forget it was a job to do.

Pros

The free and payed features allow the user to choose the features most important to him/her, to work fast and with ease, to find easily videos, tips and help for the product. The customers also find it easy and usefull to fill out the forms and chat with the staff.

Cons

I haven't encountered any cons yet or had any difficulties.

Pros

J'aime l'agilité de l'appli et le fait de retrouver des vieilles conversations. Les messages automatiques sont utiles (absence...). Le fait d'envoyer par e-mail la reponse

Cons

Chatbot difficile a prendre en main, enregistrement d'ecran ne preenant pas en charge les animations de mon site.

We have an eshop that focuses on selling necessities for infants and newborns. So we get questions from moms every day. It performs the function as we imagine it.

Pros

At first we added default easy entry questions. 50% off all first questions are automatically answered to our customers. With customers questions we are learning about our product content, so we know where to improve.

Cons

I cant think of anything at the moment. I am satisfied with Smartsupp.

Pros

Previously, i was using a different chatbot from another company. When i started using smartsupp free package, i realised that their services were so good. That is why i had to upgrade to the standard package. I will recommend other persons to use Smartsupp on their website. However, i could subscribe for 1years if their monthly cost is reduced to 10$

Cons

Their pricing is too high as compared to other companies

I found this app through my friend, I have to say it exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the program. I will be happy to recommend it to friends who have small businesses.

Pros

the most of what I l ike in smartsupp is that chat is divided into 4 parts: all, primary, new and mine. We can easily see when new messages arrive. I also like that we have shortcuts that the whole group uses very effectively. The chat is very easy to use , It is a very useful program for our business and simplifies many things for us. Im very thankful.

Cons

What I would like to see improved is that, unanswered messages that is skipped for some reason, should be highlighted in red or black color. it would be so nice to prevent missing chats for sales managers. also what I would like to see improves is mobile version smartsupp. Specifically, I would like to see "mine" messages in seperate and not in all messages.

I have a nice experience with smartsupp, i even reported a bug on app and i never think that the support would answer to me and solve the issue, but it did. About app is so easy to use, and I can bring support to my clients at any time

Pros

It is easy to use, nice interface, nice support

Cons

I think that all is good by now, all works fine, maybe you can create a dark mode for the smartsupp

The WORST EVER! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Pros

We had used Smartsupp since 2016 and thought we would try out their pro package. We tried it for two weeks and they charged us €580 euros changed back to the standard plan and basically charged us €200 euros for 14 days trial of their pro plan. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CON MERCHANTS

Their ABSOLUTELY USELESS ACCOUNTS AND HELP TEAMS

We use Smartsupp in my organization to chat internally with our Team Members in the field. We have an internal website that they can log into that serves as a performance aid and if they can't find what they're looking for or if they have any questions, they can chat with us live. They love it and we love it. It was extremely easy to install on our site and configure with our branding. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a live chat feature for their business or organization, whether you use it with your Team Members or your customers.

Pros

Free version is an INCREDIBLE value. You can see when people are on your site instantly, and what page they are on. You can even block IP addresses if needed. The chat feature is also fantastic with the option to receive transcripts via email when you're offline.

Cons

Honestly, not a thing. It's one of those solutions that just blows away your expectations.
