We needed a Chattool which is easy to implement, easy to change the design, and isnt that cheat like the most. We wont pay 30-40 € per month for a chattool. Smartsupp could give us all we looked for. Also, the customers are able to see you are writing, but the do not see any activity if you are deleting text or making a pause to think for a bit.
