I really appreciate that i can use this software in free version. And, because they automatically get a message telling them we will get back to them in a timely manner, they have the confidence that they are heard and their answers responded to. I can't say enough good things about Smartsupp! Cons Honestly, nothing. They have made a software that is incredibly easy to use and is customer-centric.
