Cons The amount of time given to reply to a message before the Away/Busy message is sent was too fast for me to find and open the app on my phone, i'm not sure if theres a setting that can be changed I didn't see one. Since we implement this app, we have about 4-8 chats daily with customers, who will never call us for details and are lazy to writ emails. My advice - hire and dedicated person for chats and keep it up evenings.. Pros Easy to use, Implemented in second, fully customizabe.. Easy to use. Pros It's there for me in case the visitor has a question, although for my products, this is used very rarely. Most useful is getting the visitors contact details if I miss the chat and it opens a door to further communication. Just the basic features are exactly what we need now and in the future we can always upgrade. It is extremely easy to use and it even have automatic messages for free. We love it. Cons None really. I can even get an idea of their location. Smartsupp makes it all easy and intuitive so no learning curve required. Cons I struggled to get anything similar or related working on my android phone and have yet to sort this aspect out. Fortunately working this app from my PC is the main thing I need.
