we have used other chat platforms, TIDIO CHAT, Freshchat, in your software we very like evaluation after chat. Client like to evaluate, and we happy, that this evaluation option are with standart plan.

Pros

platform works perfectly, encourages visitors to write any message. For the client very usable tools.

Cons

I like the the simplicity, easy to configurate chatbot.

Pros

The product is easy to embed into your website and customize your chat features.

Cons

The amount of time given to reply to a message before the Away/Busy message is sent was too fast for me to find and open the app on my phone, i'm not sure if theres a setting that can be changed I didn't see one.

We offer quite special goods - electric bicycles - and its very hard to explain all details on the web, even at https://ekolo.cz we use video intensively. Since we implement this app, we have about 4-8 chats daily with customers, who will never call us for details and are lazy to writ emails. My advice - hire and dedicated person for chats and keep it up evenings..

Pros

Easy to use, Implemented in second, fully customizabe.. Video recording of the visitor are better than paid heatmaps

Cons

Cant see any, for its price it really pay off. maybe to teach the software answer the customer questions itself :-)))

Makes my site look more professional. Easy to use.

Pros

It's there for me in case the visitor has a question, although for my products, this is used very rarely. Most useful is getting the visitors contact details if I miss the chat and it opens a door to further communication.

Cons

The phone app didn't work for me in the past but this seems to have been resolved. So now all good.

Pros

We’ve been using now the Smartsupp free account for over a month and it is really nice. Just the basic features are exactly what we need now and in the future we can always upgrade. It is extremely easy to use and it even have automatic messages for free. We love it.

Cons

None really. Well, it is annoying to have the yellow free account reminder bar on top of the screen always. It takes space. But I guess that it is reasonable.

Seeing instantly who is visiting my website and being able to interact with them is brilliant! I can even get an idea of their location. Smartsupp makes it all easy and intuitive so no learning curve required.

Cons

I struggled to get anything similar or related working on my android phone and have yet to sort this aspect out. Fortunately working this app from my PC is the main thing I need. This is not a direct negative against Smartsupp of course but if they were able to establish a solution for android phones that would be perfect.

Really nice chat app for me. Very user friendly to visitor and user. I may move to upgraded package also if i am offered some best discounts for STANDARD plan.

Pros

The feature i like personally is that notification of Visitor to my website. It makes me a note to follow and understand the visitors page movement in our website. The notification also very quick, accurate and not missed at any case.

Cons

Poor accuracy of the notification when visitor left the site. It took long to time to indicate the left activity of the visitor.
