It could be a great support to any customer marketing strategy.

Pros

I'm customer of a company that uses Influitive as a customer marketing platform. It's awesome, it makes easy to engaje us customers in activities, challenges, the forum, referring and use our human power to help the company while testing new features, contents and to spread the word. I'd love to use it in our own company.

Cons

In the year and a half that I've been using Influitive I didn't see many new features, but I can't say if this is a administrator thing. I've experienced some bugs as well, but the support team was very fast in correcting it.

We are just over two months into our use of AdvocateHub and we have already well exceeded our expectations of the number of engaged advocates as well as results from the challenges. Our advocates are finding this as a new and different way to interact with us and are really enjoying it so far. We have always wanted a way to interact with our advocates on a regular basis, especially ones we don't interact with as regularly, and this is the perfect solution. I like that we can offer an opportunity, and are sometimes surprised at the number of people who are willing to participate - definitely more than we would have tried to reach out to 1:1! Once you get the hang of it, entering challenges is easy. Although still new, we couldn't be more pleased with the experience so far. The people at Influitive are great, and we have always gotten the support we needed. Two thumbs up!

Pros

Short implementation time. Ease of use. Ability to interact with advocates easily in a targeted way (by product, by geo, etc.). It's fun!!

Cons

Not really any....other than tit being a bit overwhelming at first. But that's all part of the learning curve.

Pros

Influitive is extremely user friendly and easy to learn! Our customers love the rewards based challenges and the overall community experience. We also get a lot of positive feedback on the look and feel of our hub. It was super easy to set up.

Cons

I have two major pain points with Influitive. I don't like how the overall discussion area experience. It is a little clunky and I receive quite a bit of negative feedback from my customers. My other pain point is how difficult it is to add images/formatting to challenges. It's also not easy to test the overall customer experience in my hub.

I just started using influtive and I can honestly say it has helped my team grow as marketers. With customer advocacy growing within the marketing world, this tool has really helped solve many problems. Foremost, this product helps us drive reviews, referrals, and customer reference calls. On top of those major tools, it also allows our customers to engage with us on a new platform besides just a forum. Customers find this way of engagement fun, collaborative, and innovative.

Pros

\- Gameified way to engage customers - Easy to use - Appealing UI - Great support team

Cons

\- Pricing is a bit high - There are still areas in which the product can be updated to make the experience better. Although I do love the clean design, there are areas in which simple tweaks in the customization of the product could be improved.

It has allowed us to make connections with our 70K+ customer base, which has been difficult for us to do in the past. We can get to know them, share VIP benefits and help them use our tools better. The platform is user-friendly for customers, and we can target our most engaged and those we'd like to see more of. The customer support team is always quick to respond to our questions and concerns.

Cons

As a global organization, we've had issues making this platform multi-lingual which will continue to be a problem for us in the future. Some of the functionality on the administrative side is frustrating, especially on the reporting side. I am confident that advancements on this front are on the way.

Influitive's Advocate Hub platform has taken our marketing to a new level. It's by far the most comprehensive solution I've seen on the market. Since rolling out we have increased references, lead referrals, online reviews and social media mentions. It has also been an effective way to communicate new and gather product feedback. We recently used the advocate hub to mobilize our advocates and centralize communication for our annual user conference, which was a huge success. My favorite part is hearing from our customers about how much they enjoy participating in the program. If you're ready to amplify growth by developing and mobilizing your advocates, I highly recommend Influitive!

Pros

Very easy onboarding process with an accessible customer support team; Key features include: Salesforce integration, reward fulfillment integration, gamification features, segmentation/targeting capabilities and a community forum.

Cons

Could improve some of the administrative functions, as well as better integrated email tracking.

We use Influitive as a customer loyalty program. Once inside the hub it allows our customers to pick what reference activities they want to participate in a fun and exciting way.

Pros

Without this product we wouldn't have found customers to complete reference activities.

Cons

It is not all automated so be prepared to spend at least 5-6 hours a week managing your hub

Overall, the platform is great! It gives you a easy way to get feedback, points of view and help create a great relationship with your privileged customers. Plus, when it comes to SEO, it really can make a difference. Having people talk about you online, comment and write content for you is just amazing.

Cons

Honestly, the platform is great. I did have some troubles with integrations like Disqus, but in the end the only challenge is to get your people engaged. Engaging your people is the main objective and can sometimes be a hard thing to do.

Our company decided a year ago to focus portion of our team on having our customers tell our story and speak in the industry for us instead of just traditional marketing we had been doing. Our return on customer advocate marketing has been dramatic. I do not think you need to change and throw out your traditional marketing methods but our advocates give us the testimonials and other assets we leverage. No one wants to be sold anymore we want to hear reviews and learn from others who are in our shoes and thats what influitive helps you focus on!

Pros

Simple for clients to pick up and use. It is also extremely versatile so it supports my advocate needs for all departments.

Cons

It takes a serious commitment from the company to adopt the software and for it to be successful. I suggest bringing in someone extremely excitable and a go getter to lead the introduction of the Hub to the company. Show each department how it benefits them and your entire company will benefit from one simple solution.

The best part of the Influitive Advocate Hub is all the support you get! Amazing ideas, phenomenal tech support and the on-boarding and ongoing success team who are committed to helping you reach your goals...it's the total package. Of course, the product provides all the flexibility and power to adapt to your specific audience, goals and style. I have learned so much about customer advocacy in the last 6 months...it's phenomenal!

Cons

My least favorite part is that you need some of the higher end features to run campaigns efficiently. You can still do it, but it takes a bit more planning and some manual tracking.

As a B2B technology organization in a competitive space we needed help: - Generating new revenue via customer referrals - Accelerating the sales process with customer references - Improving our product with more customer feedback - Building awareness through reviews, testimonials and more Our work with Influitive has helped us meet or exceed all of the program goals we set out with.

Cons

Influitive's advocacy engagement platform is smart, easy to use, and allows program administrators to be extremely creative. Influitive has helped us take our referral program to a new level -- it gives our team the ability to engage more frequently with our partners and understand their preferences, needs, and motivations. I also cannot write a review without mentioning the fantastic Influitive team that helped us customize our user experience to meet our program requirements. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I would like to specifically call out Steve and Julia for being the best onboarding team I've ever worked with.

Pros

Great people, platform, customer service, community engagement, best practices and other helpful resources. Also - frequent product updates you didn't even know you wanted. Their product team is incredible and the entire company is always looking out for ways to improve their product and incorporate customer feedback and requests.

Cons

Slightly difficult to accommodate a program that is not primarily intended for customers. Analytics and CRM integration capabilities could be stronger.

I really like the fact that I can learn a lot about my customers through the platform and build relationships with a large amount of them at a time. It helps me learn more about their needs, wants, and how our company can better serve them. In addition, it is a great way to find things such as customer references, speakers, and more, Finally, the support team is very respectful, kind, and prompt in their responses.

Cons

Missing a few minor features in challenge creation, but a pro of this is that you can request features to be added. Haven't seen the results of this yet, though.

I'm a new user of the platform (I inherited it from someone who left). I didn't "get it" before but now I really see the value of having such close interaction with our advocates. It's another point of contact for us to create a real relationship with our customers and be able to nurture that relationship every day. Not just when there's a problem.

Pros

Easy to use. Their support is spot on (The support Staff is on top of things and always there when I need him). They offer a coach who helps you along. He is fantastic. You really feel like Influitive is there for you and their number one goal is to have you succeed.

Cons

\- engaging tool that uses gamification to keep customers interested in the hub - great resource for gathering feedback on our product and services - let's our customers know that we care about them and what they think about our product - great way to create a group of ongoing references for our prospects - BEST SUPPORT TEAM!

Cons

\- not able to see the full advocate view without loggin out and signing in as an advocate (difficult to toggle back and forth between different views if you have multiple segments in the hub, i.e. employees vs customers - the back end can be a little confusing at first

Cons

While the product is still somewhat new, we do occasionally experience technical issues that can impact performance. There are also some limitations with reporting.
