We've been using AdvocateHub since January. We use it to build community and gain referrals from both the client and provider side of our marketplace, and we've integrated it with our SaaS platform and with Salesforce. The onboarding experience is time-intensive but completely invaluable; like many products, you only get out of it what you put into it. Overall, I'm thrilled by the onboarding experience and the nearly immediate results we've seen from AdvocateHub. I rarely see any product that lives up to the sales hype, but (if anything) their sales team underestimated both business benefits and the product's ease of use. I have non-techies in my company who are able to flawlessly administer our AdvocateHub - that was quite a pleasant surprise!

Pros

Easy to setup, world-class customer support and onboarding, it does what it's supposed to do.

Cons

Some features are still in beta, and my developers get a little frustrated with integration sometimes.

Pros

I love the options that you have to engage your clients and customers. The way the app is set up really enables you to attract advocates and keep the coming back to support your company's brand.

Cons

I wish there was more assistance when applying integrations. I still don't understand them and I feel like they would really improve my experience as an admin for this app as well as for the users.

We've been using Crimson Hexagon for a few months now and it's been a really terrific experience. It didn't take long to see a significant uptick in our engagement and connection to our users.

Pros

The support and coaching team are really terrific to help you get onboarded and feel connected to the platform. They also host their own VIP community which is super helpful in building out new challenges. They're responsive and the platform is alot of fun to use

Cons

The engagement doesn't work for everyone, you will have people who join the platform but do nothing. Be patient with them and segment your audience by their desires.

Pros

I work for a company that uses this as a training tool they post challenges to the app you can complete for points. It's very easy to use and fast - pretty impressive how it works.

Cons

It seems to send alerts for the same things over and over in the same day. The way I use it this becomes a big issue for me as I don't want to turn off alerts but I want them to once for each new content.

Using Influitive has been a great experience for me and my colleagues. We were able to get up and running with the help of our on-boarding specialist and the transition into launch was as smooth as it could have gone. We are now almost 2 months into our active Hub and have seen great results from the software and the support team.

Pros

This software allows you to send frequent emails to brand ambassadors to keep the brand top of mind. It allows for the creation of fun quizzes and challenges to build a community of users.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about with Influitive, it always worked well when I was signed into the platform.

Definitely the leader in its category - no better platform for nurturing and mobilizing your advocates

Cons

My Support Consultant is new, but so am I, and I already feel that I am a more advanced user of the product than she is. The UI is really lacking, and there are a lot of little glitches and slowdowns, at least on the back-end

Influitive's platform is an amazing way to mobilize your advocates and grow your community. We launched just over a month ago and already have a solid base of advocates providing feedback on our products and services and participating in our community!

Pros

The ease of use and amount of customization, allowing you to brand it as your own and create a fun, easy way for customers to interact with you and other like-minded individuals.

Cons

Some of the "stages" of building a challenge can get confusing, but the support is amazing! I always get a prompt answer and the help I need.

I've been using Influitive now for nearly 3 years and I've seen the product change and grow for the better. Not only has it been extremely impactful in the organizations I've worked for, it's helped us develop stronger relationships with key clients across the board. I particularly like how they're constantly adding new features to their arsenal and make it easier for developing new ideas to drive engagement and impact the bottle line. For example, since using Influitive at NetBase we've seen a 5x increase in the number of positive reviews on sites like G2crowd and TrustRadius, 50% lift in the number of new referrals generated, countless opportunities for new case studies and video testimonials produced and tons more great stuff. Without a doubt, if you are a digital marketer and looking to connect with your customers then you need to stop looking and start implementing Influitive. Enough said.

I've been working in my advocate hub for 3 months now and it has grown rapidly and steadily. That is due to the work my team does as well as the insight we get from the people at Influitive. I know it is a fairly new idea that not many companies have touched on, but I honestly cannot see why. I think it's going to catch on far and wide as far as B2B and P2P goes.

Pros

It's a great way for customers to connect with each other as well as the business they support. It's a mutually beneficial relationship. It's also very simple to use and easy to learn. I don't think you need much social media prowess to use a hub.

Cons

There are some bugs or loop holes that need to be worked out, but the support team does what they can to help you get around it.

Pros: The Hub integrates seamlessly with Salesforce.com and helps you request references from Salesforce itself. Also referrals can be tracked via the integration and only when the referral converts to a customer, the referral challenge is considered successful. It is a great tool for content marketing efforts. You can get your advocates to write blogs, do video testimonials, and even appear at events via the challenges It is a cool way to reward your best advocates by giving them perks and rewards for their efforts in helping you get new customers or just market your product to their peers The customer support is unbeatable. ask them a question within business hours and they will reply to you in minutes. Cons: None whatsoever, just that sometimes it can be a challenge to justify ROI if your target audience is not engaged enough.

Pros

This product really allows you to engage with customers on a deeper level. You can also have an instant market research group. Reward your customers for promoting your brand. They have an excellent customer support team.

Cons

Can take a little while to get ramped up.

Anyone who's ever dreamed of operating a B2B loyalty program like Airmiles or Skymiles but for B2B will see their dreams come true with this platform. It's an awesome all in one platform that gets your organization to reward your best customers and tap into their collective for product management, customer review, and testimonials. At the same time, it helps build on that loyalty and turn your advocates into super powerful brand champions. This stuff works.

Pros

Great onboarding team. Eli really rocks this. . Software is really easy to use and intuitive from an admin and user perspective.

Cons

You have to put time and effort into this. You have to work in persuading your own customers to join this. It's not something you can leave to run on its own. Sorry!

We have struggled a bit with our engagement since implementation but that's because we are working on honing the audience we use the tool with. Not really a reflection on Influitive. Overall love the concept and they provide tons of support for their users and community.

Phenomenal customer success team - they really hold your hand thru onboarding process Great tool for marketing audience Easy to setup/use

Cons

Might not be right for highly technical audience Not fully developed at this time so constant product updates based on customer feedback (not a terribly bad thing) salesforce integration needs some work

This platform allows me to be very creative which, working in a tech startup, can be pretty challenging. Through creative implementation and wording, which doesn't have to be corporate-sounding, my employees are engaged, walls between departments are more transparent and we all feel a bit more recognition. I'm still relatively new to the platform, but the goal is in another quarter or so to roll it out to customers/partners, as well to generate the same level of communication and engagement.

Pros

The customer support is fantastic- when I have a question or issue the response is very timely. They want to know how to best modify the platform to fit your needs, which I appreciate.

Cons

I'm waiting on an android-version of their mobile app.
