Comments: Our hotel has switched software to the PMS Cloud. Work of booking service became significantly easier. Bookings obtained through various channels automatically fall to checkerboard with all data of a guest. We especially appreciated synchronization facilitates of online bookings coming through various channels that eliminates the need for limiting the number of vacant rooms

Now we do not have to worry about the overbooking - the program solves that question. All rooms are available for booking for all partners.

Moreover, PMS Cloud automatically generates invoices for advance payment that used to take a lot of time. Financial reporting is fully automated, which excludes the possibility of abuse by staff.

Program as a whole is devoid of unnecessary features and intuitive. Our employees are very satisfied because the great share of work the program does.

I would like to note a clear and coordinated work of the staff to ensure efficient operation. Special thanks to our regional (GC Bukovel) Coordinator Mary for help in the development of the program and the instantaneous resolution of our problems.
