Overall, I have nothing but positive feelings and thoughts about Interbill.

Pros

We have had questions and the response time from Interbill has consistent been extremely prompt. Sometimes it is a quick question and sometimes, it requires more thought. However, whatever the issue is, someone from Interbill has gotten back to us within a few minutes.

Cons

We are so pleased with Interbill that even though we have added another program that would enable us to bill, we have continued to stay with Interbill.

Reasons for choosing Intervbill

We moved from a service in which a human showed up each month with a ream of printed pre-bills. We went over the corrections with him and they sent out the bills. We were billed for postage. Interbill sends its bills via email at no additional cost to us. We are responsible for any human errors made when entering data and we can correct those errors easily before bills are emailed.

Pros

Interbill is very intuitive and easy to use. If I need to do something new or different, it is very easy to figure out. The new online version which began about 2 years ago is outstanding. It allows me to do everything myself. The statements are very professional looking. Our firm's COMPLETE billing history is available online. This is useful to pull statements from years past. I can also create a comlete history of all billing for one client. This is a very helpful tool.

Efficiency

Pros

Clear directions, easy to add clients and codes are accurate. The data is stired securely and remotely for high security. The owner and operator is an experienced software developer who prides himself on an excellent product and service. I value dedication to excellence and customer service.

Cons

Print view is small initially. A bit of manipulating needed to see in larger views. I like to customize the customer information quite a bit and experimenting to see how much this is possible. I want to be able to use my smart phone from time to time so that it would be a value added feature for my business.
