Pros

This application lets you work with various brands in a single spot. One could generate reports in a single shot. You could schedule the publishing of various contents into the social media. It is completely user-friendly. The extent to which this application is flexible with respect to its features is worth mentioning. It gives complete justice to the amount being paid.

Cons

There are several problems arising when this application is used on a daily basis. Certain times, the analysis has turned out to be not substantial. Search engines could be more optimized and of better function. The customer support team is one section NUVI has to concentrate. The team spends more time telling the users about what mistakes they make rather than helping them solve the issue.

We have been using NUVI for social listening/monitoring for a couple of months now and we are very pleased with the platform. While setting up monitors was a little tricky at first, the NUVI team went above and beyond to provide us with all the support we needed.

Pros

NUVI offers great data visualisations – making reading and understanding data quick and easy.

Cons

While we have come across a few glitches, these are usually resolved very quickly after lodging a support request.

We are a small agency that uses Nuvi to report on campaigns run on behalf of our clients. It is very thorough in its reporting, analysis, and the automatically generated report is extremely useful for our clients.

Pros

Great customer service and product is easy to use.

Cons

No major cons to report.

Pros

Has a lot of capabilities. There are a lot of different social media tracking and stats you can gain access to.

Cons

Does not work as well as they say it will especially if you are a small company. This software is really developed and most used for larger companies.... MUCH larger companies that have massive followings.

We primarily use the "stream" view of our monitors, which allows us to quickly move through keyword mentions each week. We've had some trouble with blank spots where groups of mentions fail to appear, but the customer support team is working on fixing it.

Great to find out what is being said out there about your business.

Pros

It is a great dashboard to monitor all the solicail media feeds. I can see what is being said about my business. I not longer using the product but would highly recommend for managing your online presents.

Cons

When I was using it under heavy load the dashboard could take a bit to refresh but most of the time it work great.
