Within two weeks, we cancelled the agreement after discovering that key information provided during the sales process was inaccurate. The system was never installed, and we never used any Toast services. Almost a year later, we are still waiting for the return of our funds. Throughout this period, we received repeated assurances that the refund was being processed, yet nothing has been returned. Extremely disappointing experience and poor handling of what should have been a straightforward issue. I would urge other businesses to carefully review all installation requirements and contractual terms before signing **Pros:** Unfortunately, I was unable to use the system because we cancelled the contract shortly after signing. Therefore, I cannot fairly evaluate the product itself or its features. **Cons:** I cannot comment on the software itself because it was never installed or used. My concern relates to the sales process, where key information about the installation requirements was inaccurate, and the subsequent handling of our refund request, which remains unresolved almost a year later. Support can be pretty lacking for the backend and a lack of knowledge seems to exist in that regard. **Pros:** The retail inventory UI makes it easy to work through inventory trends and identify products for reorder. **Cons:** Inability to save table column organization for recall. No report building wizard. OOS items cannot be sold and do not show price when recalled from the POS station. This is a major drag as any incorrectly OOS item really slows down checkout.
