"Efficient and User - friendly platform for Procurement Processes "

**Overall:** The overall experience with Procurement Express is generally positive for businesses that are looking for a straightforward and easy to use procurement solution.

**Pros:** The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. It has quick purchase approval process and helps users track of budgets in real time providing alerts when thresholds are reached . The mobile app is an added value to the overall user experience offering the flexibility to manage purchase approvals and procurement processes from anywhere.

**Cons:** Although it offers basic reporting features, they may not be as comprehensive and not very user friendly as some users would prefer. Another drawback is that the system does not allow saving a PO when no budget is available. This forces users to create or adjust a budget first. This process is time consuming and can disrupt workflows.

"Easy to use product"

**Pros:** Very easy to approve PO request and update receipt of items.

**Cons:** The scan quote/document feature is still buggy, often place SKUs and Item description in the wrong slots.
