Pros

BIS is a big and robust system that integrate different platform. I worked with BIS for 7 years and I learned everything about integration with this software. The EDI integration and the translation to a canonical language like XML where you will be able to translate N to N, it is what I most liked in the software.

Cons

Leak of documentation was the problem that I had. We were not aware about any forum or group to share our knowledge our process. Could be because we were focus in customise the system for our needs, but have a easy and fast place to find examples, KB, it will increase the quality of the product.
