Great product, needs a polish

Comments: I have been using the Leads365 CRM for just over a month now.

I was quick to adapt from the old CRM that we were using which was brilliant as the company avoided a lot of down time, and having to train staff was surprisingly stress free.
Leads365 is not only attractive but it manages a vast amount of data in an expedient way.

There were a few minor issues that we faced in regards to final polish and minor details as you would expect from a new platform. However the support staff were there immediately to help us iron out any problems.

All in all we would recommend this to any of our clients.

Pretty lousy lead service and didn't provide the quality I was hoping for

Pros: The layout and customer service are great as they answered any questions I had about the service, product, quality and billing.

Cons: The quality isn't much to be desired. I wasn't pleased with the price charged for the quality I received.
