The Service Box platform has been excellent in stream lining our companies performance. It has given us the ability to be far more flexible and efficient in our approach to service work providing both our customers and us substantial time savings. There has been enormous benefits in all aspects of how we manage our company and its work flow, the primary one being able to access any company information at any point in time from anywhere. The system it self is easy to train staff with and is not bulky and overwhelming like others on the market. I feel this product would be an asset to any service orientated company.

Service box is a good program I have recommended it to other organizations I like how it is constantly being upgraded and it fits very well with the industry that I'm in I wish that the emails had worked out a little bit better for us but ultimately we did come up with a solution

### "Great Functionality"

I have very much appreciated the benefits of having one piece of software that provides a comprehensive experience for all employees from the top down.

Pros

This software has amazing functionality and allows me to run our company from one central program. It also allows our service workers to access the information they need while out in the field.

Cons

Doesn't prompt to save and that could be a very useful feature for those who use it who aren't exactly accustomed to using this type of software.

The software works very well to fit our needs. The most important feature the software is lacking, in my opinion, is mobile notification. We have noticed that our colleagues sometimes miss To Do's and Work Order's do to the lack of this feature.

At first the learning curve was long, but like anything else the more I used it the better, still getting used to some of the feature. I would to find work order by date as well, so if a work order job number is not known, but the date is, it would be easier to find. I wish I had know about this when I had my business.

I am somewhat limited with the use of the program, but overall it does what I need. There are some technical issues with lag when typing, but that may be a compatibility issue with our hardware. The program works well on my phone.

We use this software for work and it is great that everything is all together in one place. However, it does have some connectivity issues and lagging issues at times, which makes it frustrating for users, especially when most of our business is revolved around the program.

To start it off, Service box is super easy to use. User-friendly layout and great customer support. I use Service box every single day to keep track of my appointments, etc. the ability to attach photos so quickly and flawlessly makes this app above and beyond compared to others.
