General Manager Used the software for: ### "Service Box Platform is Excellent" March 24, 2016 5.0 The Service Box platform has been excellent in stream lining our companies performance. It has given us the ability to be far more flexible and efficient in our approach to service work providing both our customers and us substantial time savings. There has been enormous benefits in all aspects of how we manage our company and its work flow, the primary one being able to access any company information at any point in time from anywhere. The system it self is easy to train staff with and is not bulky and overwhelming like others on the market. I feel this product would be an asset to any service orientated company. Administrator Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great Functionality" September 12, 2019 5.0 I have very much appreciated the benefits of having one piece of software that provides a comprehensive experience for all employees from the top down. Pros This software has amazing functionality and allows me to run our company from one central program. It also allows our service workers to access the information they need while out in the field. Cons Doesn't prompt to save and that could be a very useful feature for those who use it who aren't exactly accustomed to using this type of software. Review Source MS Mitchell S. Used the software for: ### "Paperless " October 11, 2016 4.0 At first the learning curve was long, but like anything else the more I used it the better, still getting used to some of the feature. I would to find work order by date as well, so if a work order job number is not known, but the date is, it would be easier to find. I wish I had know about this when I had my business. There are some technical issues with lag when typing, but that may be a compatibility issue with our hardware. The program works well on my phone. However, it does have some connectivity issues and lagging issues at times, which makes it frustrating for users, especially when most of our business is revolved around the program.
