The support is always there too if you have a question. It is worth the money. Pros The best feature of Dotloop is its templates. Whether I am writing up a new offer contract or editing an existing one, Dotloop makes it very easy and convenient. It also allows for easy signing of documents too. Cons Nothing of note. Pros It has really changed the way we do business. We can complete transactions anytime anywhere with clients as long as they have an email address, even from their smart phone. " February 26, 2020 5.0 Overall this is the easiest and most helpful product I’ve used to help with documents. It is an easy to use design and with minimal experience with it you can do a lot with it. This is the type of product you look for to help make your life less hectic and makes signing documents easier for your clients. Pros As an agent you are sometimes pulled several directions while working with several clients. By using dotloop I don’t have to worry about it as much. I’m able to get all the proper paperwork placed in dotloop and get everything signed by just an email. This saves time and stress of driving to meet several different clients throughout the week. Cons Unless you scan each set of documents separately you can’t just send one set at a time, the entire document must be sent. Appreciate how organized it keeps me, and how easy it is to import my documents. Pros I love that Dotloop is very easy to share not only with my team, but others involved in my transactions. I also love that it keeps my transactions extremely organized. Cons I do not like that I don't have the ability to delete a transaction. Dotloop keeps my transactions organized. Pros I use Dotloop to store all my real state transaction documents. The software keep every transaction documents in a separate folder, makes it easy for me to find what I need quickly. The electronic signature is also important to me because it saves me time. I highly recommend for anyone doing multiple deals at a time. Pros The ease of use was by far the most impressive part of this software. All my clients were very impressed as well. I am often referred to as "the techie" one in my office; I choose DotLoop for the best performance, hands down. Pros Easy to maneuver, teach, and use for all our companies real estate document processing needs. The security of an electronically signed signature is very important; DotLoop keeps everyone honest. Pros I liked the layout and the organization of forms. Cons The signing of docs for the end user had a minor glitch. A few times It would not let them sign and give a message that the document was open. Customer Service said that was a glitch in the system that they were addressing so probably fixed now. Pros For me as a real estate agent, being able to have all my forms in one digital spot for storage signature and sharing with my office admin make my day easier. all of my forms and post-accepted offer reminders are in dot loop. it helps me get to the closing table cleaner and professionally. " February 22, 2022 5.0 I am a Realtor in 2 states and we use Dotloop for processing our transaction paperwork. I can’t speak much to the cost because it is included in my contract from my employer. Pros The ease of use is great. Even when I don’t know exactly how to do something it take seconds to figure it out. It’s responsive and streamlined with a great user interface. I also love the overall esthetic of the program. I have found it is much easier for clients the other e signature services I’ve used in the past. Cons Can’t think of any cons. My clients love how easy it is to sign documents from home or work. Cons It can be more difficult explaining all aspects of the contract when we do not meet in person. It can take longer than writing it by hand and adding signatures and initials. It would be easier if we could designate ahead of time the person that it is assigned to, like buyer 1 and buyer 2. Then when you add signature and initals it would add the persons name at that time. Instead we have to manually assign each signature and initial. If you're on a larger team I'd highly recommend appfiles. It holds your listing photos, contact, alerts and do to's, you have more document editting features and it's easier and safter to use. Pros I live the e-signature features, the custom template library. The ease for my clients to use and sign documents Cons The editing fields are a little limited compared to other software programs. It's made approving real estate documents so nice that we can now approve documents 10x faster than before. Pros Dotloop is easy to understand and easy to teach. Easy to streamline and brand. Everything is backed up so if something happens chances are you still have the documents which is important when dealing with legal documents!
