My clients find it very helpful and self-explanatory, even if they’re not tech savvy. Cons I don’t think there’s anything that I don’t like. It’s all very easy to use and very well organized. Their free version makes signing one-off documents very simple! Pros All-in-one tool to manage real estate deals. Multiple options for delivery of contracts and eSigning options for clients (in-person, via email). dotloop's Support Team is great as well! Pros They hide the pricing and never send invoices. They dont make the pricing available online Cons They are owned by zillow, hide pricing online its 2025 and you cant see what you are being billed without calling and they do not email invoices. Dotloop is a way to store all information from a transaction and can be reviewed anytime. Client signatures are very easy to obtain. Also, the tracking history is very beneficial . Pros Ease of operation and getting clients to sign is seemless. Cons Currently I DO NOT like having to enter my email address EVERYTIME I log in! That is super annoying! It would be Ho.loop to disassociate with Showing Time . Everyone I know is complaining about it. Pros The ease of creating & maintaining documents Cons The two things that I find awful about that loop our won the integration of Showing Time , which makes it extremely difficult to get into many times and the other issue is the display and the way it behaves when you are on an iPad. This is 2024 and it should work well with Apple products But doesn’t seem to. I do not have a PC or laptop. It has expedited the pace at which I can work. I find the program to be complimentary to others in terms of keboard shortcuts which has also allowed me to be efficiant and not waste time placing indevidual boxes where i may need them. Pros I like the ease with which it operates. I find it to be the most fluid of the e-sign platforms I've used. I appreciate the way it autofills both text and signatures, and how it time stamps signatures so that I don't have to add a date at every signature placement. Cons There are on occasion a few bugs that I've learned to work around. Namely thaton occasion if I share a document with Editing permissions it can lock others out of the document, even once the editor is done. Review Source KS Karla S. Pros It is very easy to use, I like how you can go back and fix a document signature line before sending it out and you dont have to start all the way from the beginning like other sites. Cons Maybe they can incorporate a section that remembers your most common documents and theyre signature spots. even if it is a document i am uploading myslef vs a template already provided. The program would highlight for me where to sign, I just clicked on the highlighted area and my signature would be there or my initials. At the end of signing, I would receive a copy with my signature. Pros It was simple and easy to use. It would not let me submit until each spot was filled out; this allowed me to take my time and review the documents attached. Cons Nothing at all! Besides the fact I could not access documents on multiple occasions due to viewing restrictions. It was frustrating as time as of the essence. Pros Ease of use and the ability to edit a document after it has been partially signed by tenants and sign it myself. Cons When first creating a loop name, the software prompts for the address of the property. Would be better to just prompt "Loop Name". I’ve been a user for over a decade. The consistency has been outstanding. Pros Ease of use! It is easy to set up for my clients and the software makes it easy with clear prompts for my clients! It by far beats any other software I’ve tried. Cons There isn’t anything I’ve disliked this far. I’m not very, “tech savvy,” but the folks at Dotloop have made it very easy for me to learn.
