Pros: Able to integrate with FTD orders if you are a member. IT support is good and has always fixed issues.

Cons: You have to sign a huge contract to get this software and you are then locked into the software and you may find it very difficult to get out of it if you change your mind. The fees are not just with the POS itself they charge for stuff they should not be charging you for like they charge extra dollars for antivirus or backup services, IT support, etc. The statement is so hard to understand you will be confused to know what services you are paying for and they are not optional. The UI is very confusing and it takes a number of hours to train a new hire to understand it. There are many rules to it and too many section to get something done. Don't bother trying to train someone who is not very proficient with computers.

Comments: customer service sucks, the system has to be reprogram atleast 2 times a week, over all this system is the worst ever too expensive for such all computers that you can purchase at the store for less than 300.00 the system cost me 7k and change I don't get enough orders from ftd as it is, so now all I do is pay for this system every month and it cost me over 400 dollars a month with all the fees they charge
I try to resolve problems with my area representative and his supervisor and no answer from them for over 2-3 weeks when I call and call and call and they are sick of me calling

Beware of HIGH monthly fees!!!

Comments: FTD's POS system is a good system for florist, however the fees they have are WAY to high each month. I have had their system for a number of years and I am now researching other Florist POS systems.
