Comments: Taking the manager log book and putting it online, makes communications between all management seamless. Another great feature is search by terms, so you can quickly and easily recall any incident or issue that has been documented on Shiftnote. Setting up the account to email first thing in the morning means I can review the night before without having to log in daily, a favorite for us in the business.
