It was easy to use. Pros It was a good software I like how easy it was to use. Cons It didn’t sync up with Aloha so u had to Fred it information instead of just reviewing it. Also sometimes the number on the Labor didn’t add up correctly on the forecaster. Very easy to use, employees find it very functional as well Pros From an operational standpoint shift note is very easy to use. I like the ability to communicate effectively through bulletins, manager log, etc. I really like the direct message function as well. Schedule wise, they are very easy to write and modify. Pros The scheduling system and accompanying Manager Lo is extremely powerful, and elevates the level of communication between my managers and team. Cons The creation of blank schedules can be a little clunky, but once you have some templates and schedules created, the process automates itself. I like that it allows us to stay updated when not working and so if you are working the next day you don't miss out on any important information from the previous day(S). It also lets us track our daily sales in an easy way. Cons Sometimes comments from a previous day/shift will continuously show up and cause confusion for those working in the next coming days. It also allows you to look back at messages for previous days for your records, and set messages for dates in the future. Cons I personally have yet to find something I am bothered by from this website. My only complaint is that it signs me out a lot due to inactivity. Another great feature is search by terms, so you can quickly and easily recall any incident or issue that has been documented on Shiftnote. Setting up the account to email first thing in the morning means I can review the night before without having to log in daily, a favorite for us in the business.
