All of these items make this software amazing. We have tried numerous other apps out there and just weren't satisfied with one being a complete package for us. But broadview changed that for us! The ability to screen share so easily and not show the entire computer is amazing. Cons For the most part the software is wonderful. The number of features is awesome and I've never had any issues with dropped calls or busy dial in lines. Sometimes it can be tricky if people don't know their license has a limited number of attendees, but the screen share options, web cam displays and session recording are top notch. Pros Screen sharing options - you choose which screen / window / tab to show so people don't see everything. Cons Business licenses just need to do a better job communicating how many people can attend meetings - for instance some licenses are under 25, some are more. We had not used video conferencing previously, but since implementing HD Meeting we've begun using it whenever possible with our clients, and we find it enables us to create a much stronger connection with our clients than a normal conference call would. Pros Ease of use - screensharing and video setup are as simple as can be. Good chat functionality too. Cons As a new platform most of our clients do not have the required software, so a download is required to get them started. But as the product becomes more widespread this will be reduced.
