### "Sales-i is a good product"

It's been a good experience. They are a good team.

Pros

I like the combination of the business intelligence as well as the CRM. I use the software regularly to get up to date information from my business system.

Cons

I wish there was a way that I could get my salespeople to utilize the software more on the crm side. We tried many different campaigns but could not get critical mass.

Still attempting to get users comfortable with the product and being able to get access for some users.

Pros

Access to data quickly and efficiently. Visual views

Cons

Issues with users being able to login with mobile app. Unusable data loaded into the system.

I really enjoy this software. It makes the daily life of an Account Manager so much easier.

Pros

Having all of our sales information readily available at any given time.

Cons

Having to login a couple of times prior to getting into the software.

I do like the reporting, though it takes time to navigate until I am fully trained and understand

trying to get my staff to use this. because it is much more cumbersome than the past programing.

The customer service can't fix the problems. We were told that they were working on it which was/is a bold face lie.

Pros

I try not to use this software. The reporting is incomplete at best.

Cons

Reporting needs to have accurate information. The mobile is not well thought out. Salesmen dislike it.
