Easy to search and write structured contents with great formatting. Cons Its easy to create tables in confluence pages. But its hard to control the table formatting which comes with default template and size. There can be more technical symbols and drawing features. Cons The documents don't feel too responsive at times, and the inline code blocks can jump about at random sometimes. Pros The best aspect of Confluence that I have found is that it is really easy to use and very friendly. This software is very convenient for use by anyone, including the first time user of this kind of applications. I also like the potential of making and editing content that is shared and I also believe that communication as well as teamwork are enhanced. Cons But the thing that I did not like most is that I sometimes get the feeling that the tool is rather limited in what it does allow me to change. I've been able to add smart links to give an in-window layout of the different file types for this. Cons The admin to Org roles are confusing if you're new to this.
