It has just about every feature that we need and is very user friendly. It was very simple to learn and navigate through all day for all our employees. Also, the customer service with the team who designed the program is awesome. They are always very quick to respond to any issues and questions and work diligently 7 days a week to make sure we are always taken care. They really know what they are doing. Glad we waited for Gingr to arrive! very easy to get up and running, and great, responsive Support. Navigation around the site is super simple requiring just a few clicks to achieve tasks. Gingr is fantastic, my clients register themselves and schedule appointments which I can accept or not. As we grow, gingr grows with us. When something is new it can be confusing but there is no going back now that we have everything up to speed! December 15, 2015 5.0 Gingr is hands-down the best and easiest software for kennels, daycares and groomers. It also incorporates a way to reach out to your clients with e-mails, report cards, etc.; making it unnecessary to purchase other software for this purpose.
