The biggest challenge has been getting the money that our donors gave online through their platform. We have tried reaching out to support and their office and we cannot get ahold of anyone. **Pros:** Flipcasue has the capability of a donor management system along with website capability. It was efficient to have both things in the same location! **Cons:** While Flipcasue has the capability of receiving donations from your constituents, they are not able to pay out your funds in a reasonable time. Our organization still has $3,000 that we are waiting to get from them. We have been requesting the funds for over 6 months. Kristin W. The promise was that they would build us a website that we could take with us should we decide to leave (a lie); that funds would, upon request, be transferred into our bank account in 7 - 10 working days (a really big lie); and that their reports would be useful to us (so not true - an Excel spreadsheet worked better). **Pros:** At the outset, they were helpful. But the amount of money we paid for the service was much too high, and although supposedly we had a “team” available to us, it’s no good if “team” members don’t respond to emails. Our small non-profit had big, big regrets about working with them. **Cons:** The most egregious behavior came when our small non-profit requested transfer of our funds. FlipCause promises 7 - 10 working days; it always took at least 2 months, several emails, phone calls to the CEO (Sean Wheeler), which were never returned, and threats to file a complaint with the CA Attorney General’s office.
