I’m so grateful that they offer us this grant. Their services have been so helpful to fundraising for our grassroots organization. Pros Flipcause causes team did such an amazing job with developing our new website from the old website we had. I really love that we are able to request changes be made to our website by their team, or we have the autonomy to edit the site our self through flipcause, and the process is simple. The best thing about flipcause is the data analytics and how well we are able to information on and otherwise communicate with our donors! Cons I wish I didn’t have to send an email with that specific format in order to request changes to the website. I wish there was a place on flipcause dashboard built in for me to request changes to our website. Reason for choosing Flipcause It was offered to us through a grant. Pros Our nonprofit has been with Flipcause since 2019. The fundraising platform is easy to use . I love the fact that website help is offered with the platform. The staff is so nice and professional. Basic things like logos were incorrectly placed, as well as other common sense placements were not done correctly. It also took a lot longer to communicate with their staff than I was told it would. It became clear from the beginning that what Flipcause promised was inflated. I therefore cancelled my free trial after one week. Cons Basic requests were incorrect which caused me more time to was necessary to correct. Reason for choosing Flipcause I needed my site to be redone quickly. I should have taken more taken before selecting Flipcause, but time was of the essence. May 31, 2018 5.0 We are able to run almost every campaign type we need and have a huge amount of flexibility. Pros All of the features are available at every price point, and there is ongoing development to continually improve the software. The developers listen to the customers and have created a dynamic, beautiful product that's easy to use and meets so many different needs. Cons There are some minor customizations that would require access to the coding that customers don't have - which I understand the reasoning behind. The restriction maintains quality control. November 19, 2017 5.0 Highly beneficial to our very small non-profit in developing fundraising campaigns and in planning and hosting events-it is a cost effective low overhead administrative tool that we have found to be invaluable. Pros Flipcause provides a useful financial reporting structure for small non-profits and a creative springboard for fundraising ideas. The staff is available and helpful in problem solving . The simplification of record keeping provided by this system allows us to focus on our programming and on the animal residents of our Sanctuary without a big administrative overhead. Cons Would like to see a donate by text feature added- believe that may be available soon and the addition of this feature would make fundraising easier.
