The software is perfect for student housing package management. It is very easy to use, setup was quick, customer service is excellent, and it is very affordable.
The reports are easy to use and the staff of Notifii are wonderful to work with. They are friendly, helpful and always quick in responding to any emails sent.
This is so easy to use, has so many great reports and really simplifies package tracking at a busy location. I love the ease of use and how multiple people within the same company can be logged in.
Nofifii is a great software that overall we are very happy with. We have been using it for years and plan on continuing to do so.
Cons
Updates are confusing at times and they can take a bit getting used to.
The OCR does not work well. The label cannot be wrinkled and the name on it has to be exact for it to maybe work.
If your system is set to send reminder emails and the package is logged to the wrong recipient, then the wrong person will continue to receive the reminder emails until the package is picked up.
The only negative is that with every package that you scan in, you have to select the package type.

"Perfect for Student HousinG"
Overall: Notifii is great for any housing complex because it syncs with the property management software so you are not able to log in a package for someone who doesn’t live there. This saves space so you immediately know what to send back and saves time looking up names/apartment numbers. There is a record of every package that comes in and out of the office and there are a number of features that you can customize to fit your specific need.
Pros: I manage a student housing complex which employs full time office staff, along with part time student workers. My favorite things about Notifii are that it’s easy to use, accurate and saves us time. Notifii clearly communicates to residents both when a package has been delivered and picked up. There’s also the option to add more information to the notification, such as the package being heavy or perishable. Notifii also helps us avoid confusion between staff members since everything is traceable- from the moment the package is logged into the system, to where it is put in the package room, to when it’s picked up and by who. We also love that all the notifications sent out are customizable.
Cons: In all honesty, we haven’t run into any problems with Notifii since we started using it. The one time I contacted customer support, the issue was on our end with our internet provider, but the response time and follow up from the Notifii customer service team was amazing.

Pros: The log-in and log-out of parcels is perfect for a college campus. In our first year, we logged over 6000 transactions serving 1100 residents.
Cons: We upload our data base of names that students use during the admissions process. The first and last name are usually the legal names of our students. When we receive mail with a name other than what is in the student information system, it slows the log in process because we have to research who the package is for. Pet names, terms of endearment, nick names, etc. used in the address is annoying in terms of work-flow processing. If there was a field that we could add additional names manually, that would be great.
"Great Package for What it is made for"
Overall: Easy to implement, easy to use, specifically for non tech type of construction worker.
Pros: We use this software to do a modified task. As opposed to notifying an appartment owner or office person of a package, we use this to notify the Project Manager of a construction project that they have equipment stored in our warehouse.
Cons: We can only notify one person, we really need to notify multiple people of a delivery. Also, uploading a scanned document would be great as opposed to only a photo.

Overall: Notifii takes the work out of manually logging packages every day. In the student housing world, that is a huge time saver at the beginning of a semester, during Halloween, Valentine's Day and more!
Pros: I love that it syncs to our system's software regularly. I can confidentially know that everything is accurate!
Cons: While I love the new OCR option, it's also the part that gives us the hardest time. It does not consistently work. When it does, though, I love that it automatically attaches a picture of the package!
"Great Delivery Management Software!"
Overall: We are still in the process of rolling Notifii Track out, but there are some things that could have helped with this... A lot of our employees don't use their personal cell phones for work, so having a Welcome/Introduction email template would have been nice, instead of just the text message template. For the email notification templates, it would be nice to have a "send a test email" option, so that we could preview the email before it's sent out to an employee. Also, I found that the placeholders are not consistent on all of the templates....It would be nice to have a list of all available placeholders on each of the email templates.
Pros: Notifii Track is an amazing software! Recording deliveries has never been easier! Notifii Track is very affordable compared to some of the competitors! I really like how there are training sessions available as well as helpful articles and videos!
Cons: A major flaw that I have found when checking in a package is that Notifii will not recognize shortened names (Kim vs Kimberly; Jess vs Jessica; Vince vs Vincent; Matt vs Matthew...)...It would be amazing if this issue could be worked out... The only solution that I have found is to create 2 employee accounts for users with names that could be shortened...

Pros: Very easy to use. The mobile app makes checking in packages so fast for our staff.

Overall: Overall, all of our users like the software and the information they receive about their packages when notified. Searching for packages from an administrative standpoint is very easy and the software is user friendly.
Pros: Ease of use and information is easy to retrieve.
Cons: Emails going into users Spam. Had to create an alias to solve this issue. Customer service was very helpful in solving the issue for us.

Pros: We love how easy it is to navigate! We use both the Notifi Track and Notifi Connect and makes our jobs a little easier by contacting residents for us. Notifi Connect has helped a lot with mass texting and emailing!

Overall: Overall it is awesome. Anytime I had an issue calling in to Customer Service is simple and it is so great. I really love the whole process.
Pros: I love how easy it is for us to log a package. We get a lot every day for all of our residents, and the ease of checking it in is awesome! I also love that it reminds the residents that they have a package and they can see a photo of the package that they received so they know what they are picking up.
Cons: The downside to the new feature, we don't have the most updated technology and can't use the new scan feature to log the package.

Overall: I love it! I remember the days of making list and maunually contacting students to get packages through phone calls, outside texting services or just delivering to clear out the storage closet but this product has made our lives so much simpler. Allows my part time staff to organize and track what we are taking in and with everything being delivered these days it allows us to take photo's and ensure we are tracking what we hand out and to who!
Pros: I love the ease of the software, the ability to back up the properties especially when in student housing when hundreds can come daily and the availability to add additional security which makes residents feel comfortable.
Cons: I don't have anything negative to say and I've used this product at multiple properties over the last 7 years.

Overall: It's much easier to track trends. I didn't realize how many heavy packages I was logging in until I had the option to log and pull that information.
Pros: This software is very easy to use once setup (the setup isn't bad either, its pretty intuitive). I have employees that are NOT computer savvy, but are able to use Notifii without a lot of training. For anyone that has grown up with cell phones and computers, they will only need about 5-10 minutes of training, depending on the complexity of your locations needs. It includes everything I need, with space for extra notes. I like that it has different sections for notes to the recipient, and only notes that the mail center can see. Also, the ability to take PICTURES!! I can take a picture of someone's ID in order to log out, so no direct contact during COVID. I take a picture of the package, I rarely need to know who the sender was, but on the rare occasion it's easy to pull up without having to manually enter that into a field for every package. The pictures also provide proof in case the package was addressed to the wrong person or wrong location, taking the blame off me.
Cons: Sometimes when I'm logging a package the screen clears out and I have to re-enter it. It's not that big of a deal, except for on the occasion that I have logged several packages under one entry, or had to type in the tracing number because the bar code was damaged. I also would like to see just a litttle less space between the fields on the mobile app version. I'm using an iPhone X and I can enter ALMOST everything without scrolling. If there was slightly less space I wouldn't have to scroll to finish the entry. This is a pretty minor inconvenience.

Overall: It made my daily work much faster and easier. It opened the door to a new world of record keeping. The program truly is only limited by the will and creativity of the user.
Pros: You can compile large numbers of people into a single group for a notification. You can keep records, and make notes about who signed for the package, condition, take pictures, etc. The program allows you to enter delivery companies as needed for freight. The bar code reader will automatically prompt any delivery company it can recognize (dhl, fedex, ups, usps, etc.) Also, the program allows you to scan multiple package bar codes, to send a large notification, should a large (example: 22 piece) delivery take place. This allows you to scan each package and send them all out as a group under one notification, but keep a log of each tracking number separately.
Cons: The option to include more pictures on the initial e-mail would be nice (to better define damages). A section on the sign out area specifically for noting the name of the person signing, would be nice (we use the staff notes section for this currently). Not being able to include more than one phone number under the text section of an e-mail group. Not being able to include more than 1 group in the recipient field. Lack of feedback/notice when systems go down or that there may be a hiccup in service.

Overall: It makes it very easy to send out mass texts and emails, and then to also easily contact certain groups of people. Generally, I have very positive feelings towards Notifii. The kiosk mode of the package check-out feature has been a huge help (especially since I no longer have to manually update the app after checking in a new batch of packages).
Pros: It does make it very easy to contact residents of our apartment for anything. The package check-in software is very nice, and now with the kiosk feature, more streamlined to eliminate any confusion on the part of the residents.
Cons: We've had some issues with certain residents not receiving the text message notifications, though that problem likely lies with the cell phone carriers. I do wish that there was some delineation in the text messages, so that they're not receiving the package notifications and community texts all from one number. The people that have a bunch of packages filter in from various couriers all day may end up missing something important.

Overall: So far it has been really good. I really enjoy the scope of function Notifii has, and everything that I can achieve from app.
Pros: The ease of use, and the users ability to quickly learn and utilize the software to their advantage. I have never used Notifii before, but it is so EASY.
Cons: Marking packages as delivered and if you forget to upload pictures, it will just accept the package as delivered, and there is no way to go back and add photos or other data to the delivery.

Overall: We are able to quickly receive packages from all carriers, and as soon as the recipient is selected, they receive a text and/or e-mail immediately. This has helped stakeholders to come and pick-up packages very quickly.
Pros: That we can utilize an iPad for scanning/checking packages in, that it can send a text message to recipients immediately, and that an iPad can be used to collect signatures when we deliver packages to departments on campus. Oh, and that we pay a reasonable, monthly rate that includes support, upgrades, and the likes.
Cons: I really can't think of any -- this program solved so many problems on our campus.

Pros: Notifii is a great solution for the tracking of the intake and distribution of packages in a student housing system with over 11,000 residents and numerous mailroom locations. It is easy to use and very intuitive.
Cons: Sometimes it takes a little while to load information when on the website, but we have a large amount of data, so it is not entirely unexpected.

Overall: Overall, my experience with Notifii Track has been highly positive. I would recommend this product to any organization which handles a lot of incoming mail and packages into their organization. I have also used Luxer One and I personally find Notifii to be a better system.
Pros: Notifii Track is very easy to learn, use, and training others to use it is a breeze. It is a practical approach to hold users accountable for missing or incorrectly logged packages. The ability to swipe an ID into the system to facilitate package retrieval is the best feature for my department's use.
Cons: The "new" version switched the user menu from the top of the screen to the left-hand side. After using the new version for the last month, I have come to prefer how the old version's tabs were accessed across the top. Additionally, since the change, it seems to operating much slower, especially when trying to access "package history." This has been noticed by several other users in my department.

Pros: Tracking package arrival and pick-up were key for us managing hundreds of packages each month. Capturing photos of the packages and scanning barcodes made it easy to track down out of place packages.
Cons: The only downfall, in my opinion, was the "pep talk" after signing in each package. When dealing with so many you want it to get straight to logging in the next package.

Overall: Besides the occasional slow loading and prescheduled messages clearing out unchecked messages, this software has been a blast! Residents seem to react quicker to text messages than leaving voice messages and emails. Honestly having this service has been seen as a perk for us compared to properties that don't utilize text message software. I would refer this to anyone in the business and I know it would be difficult to go back to the old way of contacting our residents. For us text message service is a must and Notifii is one of the best at what is does!
Pros: I love how easy it was to learn and use the service from day one! Getting text messages out to our residents is very easy and convenient. Having the ability to schedule messages for future dates and saving templates is a plus plus!!!
Cons: The program can get laggy and load slowly at times. New message will pop up on your screen and sometimes they can take forever to load... I also wish there was a way to make the scheduled messages not clear out unviewed messages. This has caused some small issues a few times.
