"Overcomplicated, dated, buggy. Could be great, but very flawed."

**Overall:** We used OrangeScrum for a few years, and it seems overtime the system got worse. A lot of issues with interface, navigation and just crashes. There were times where we couldn't use the software for the entire day because of some "caching issues" that they were experiencing. The interface is WAY too complicated and dated (compared to other offerings out there). Unfortunately, after years of trying to make this software work - we decided to ditch it and build our own solution that would work for us.

**Pros:** The feature set is pretty good, lots of functionality to manage projects, tasks and timeframes.

**Cons:** The software is very buggy, filters don't work half the time, sorting by date never works, getting a list of all "outstanding" tasks requires a lot of clicks and refreshes. The interface is VERY difficult to use, the system crashes a lot and considering the bugs - in some cases it's absolutely unusable.

**Reasons for Switching to Orangescrum:** We were told that it would be better to time track the tasks.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you appreciated the feature set and functionality for managing projects and tasks, but we deeply regret the issues you encountered with usability, filters, sorting, and performance. Your feedback about bugs, crashes, and interface complexity is invaluable to us. We sincerely apologize for the disruptions you faced, including caching issues, and understand the frustration this caused. Please know we are actively working to address these shortcomings and modernize the platform to better meet user expectations. Your experience underscores areas for growth, and we’re committed to making significant improvements. Thank you for your candid feedback, and we hope to earn your trust again in the future.
