Pros: GuestManager is a diverse and dynamic program that allows the user to maximize the way it requires ticketing / guestlist, sales, and check-in for their needs.

We have worked with GuestManager for years and always had a very reliable experience with both the software as well as customer support.

The biggest positives are:

- High levels of customization.

- Great customer service.

- Simplicity + seamless integration between devices for check-in / resolution.

- Variety and depth of features and digital accouterments.

- Excellent reliability.

- Reporting breakdown.

Cons: The interface and UI take some getting used to and with so many features it's a challenge to find the best way to organize them all for each user requiring different needs.

When seeking levels of desired customization it is necessary to contact our rep in order to have his expert backend assistance. While the results are always strong it simply causes a time lag.

Overall: Our use for GuestManager is to sell tickets and add guestlist to our public and private events and we have never run into any major issues. Tickets sales are simple, with excellent tracking analytics to help us understand the market.

Pros: - We receive excellent customer support from the founder of the software

- All of our custom requests are implemented and developed by the founder

- We can have pages as branded as we like as opposed to other ticketing platforms where you mostly see the branding of the ticketing platform not the event.

-The pricing is very reasonable and is worth the value.

- The analytics lets you see many useful data.

- It has integrations with the other platforms we use such as Stripe and Mailchimp.

Cons: - It could have had a better mobile interface
