It allows me to be able to provide the best care possible by being able to readily access detail's regarding a client's care plan, see upcoming appointments, and communicate with my client's loved ones all in one easy to use format. One of Carepoint's greatest assets is the way in which it encourages transparency in home health care. All member's of a client care team circle are able to communicate effectively with one another at any given time with great convenience.
