Templates are limited but easy to customise if you want something simple. Pros Has all the features you'd expect and syncs with my CRM so I can segment better and send more personalised emails that ultimately convert to sales better. Their automation features are excellent and have been able to create all the sequences, conditions and emails that I've dreamt up! Cons Not too many support articles on how to do things.
