Pros TrackingTime is user-friendly for both admins and day-to-day users! It simplifies timekeeping reporting through dashboards, filtered/sorted reports, emailed reports, and much more. The customer service team is responsive and always open to new feature suggestions and development. This platform also allows 0-hour submissions which help our time easily identify days not worked for payroll purposes. Cons The calendar integration feature can cause time to be logged in the past if a new user is added to an ongoing, group calendar invite. I also like how easy it is to have a little plugin next to my search bar for quick access. I also like the ability to add tasks for your projects, which makes it great for project management not just tracking time. Cons I have no problems with the standard features. A timer of proposed and projected time of what a possible part of a project may be estimated. That could come in handy. Pros I really like that you can track time spent on tasks in real-time by hitting the 'play' button on a particular task in a project and then pressing 'stop' to stop tracking. Cons When forgetting to hit 'stop' the time would continue to accumulate so sometimes it would go on over the weekend. Perhaps it could have some sort of timeout or a notification to flag such occasions. I used this for short-term projects with a lot of pieces to manage. For example, it was a great help as a graduate student tracking the time spent on different elements in my thesis. I could look back at the end of the week and see how much I got done. Cons I switched to a different time tracker when I needed to only track the hours spent for billing at another job. As a nonprofit this an easy and inexpensive way for us to track hours spent on projects or create timesheets for payroll while using our Google Calendars. Pros It allows us to use our Google calendars to track time we spend on projects. We're also using it to tack part staff hours. Cons The specific needs to keep all # filters the same. So many of them were complicated to set up, or were more geared for project management, and some of the free versions didn't allow for tracking hours or only had a trial period. The free version was exactly what I was looking for and is so easy to use! Pros TrackingTime is very easy to use. I am using the free version and it has everything I need to keep track of all the projects I work on throughout the day. I can either start a timer to track which project to bill or add my time manually. There is an easy to use app that I have pinned to my Task bar, or I can go to the website to add my time. There's even a place to add a note for each project or add Tasks for each Project. At the end of the week, I go into the website to create a report that shows each day and the hours I worked on each project. I can even filter by project to see how many hours I worked on that project each day (rather than adding it up in my head!). This makes it easy to fill out our payroll / invoicing sheets. TrackingTime is super easy to set up projects and color code them as well as add tasks to each project. You can even put your regular work hours in and it will let you know if you’ve worked enough hours for each day. I've tried several different programs, but this is the easiest one I've used, and the free version has so many features the other free ones do not, especially tracking hours. I would truly be lost without TrackingTime to keep track of my projects and my time. I would recommend to anyone wanting a time tracking tool that's easy to use and has a lot of features. If I was a manager, I'd use it to keep track of staff’s hours and total hours spent on each project. Cons The only downside is because I am using the free version, I can’t run all of the reports, and there are many, including to track overall hours on a project, user reports, etc.! But the free version has everything I need. There are a lot of tech internal features to be improved, such as data storage and sharing access, but it's great in general. Pros Quality and price, Trackingtime was able to give us a solution to different troubles we were having as a company without ignoring the opinions and comfortability of the different team members and leaders. Cons Board List: I consider this could be improved, but nothing relevant. Also, tracking time should provide access to queries or allow us to record time entries in our company's server. A very cool feature that I like is that you can integrate calendars so the time will be easier to be tracked amongst meetings / other activities. You can calculate your hours worked with just start the tracker, if you forgot to start it you just have to start a new time log and edit the start time at which you started. You can also indicate in detail what you did during that period of time, have a record of hours worked per day, week or month, and an average of days worked in the week. Actually this app has made me manage my time and labor cost. Cons It can be improved in many aspects, such as taking screen capture while you work, connecting with a payment gateway to send a receipt with your summary of hours attached. It's time consuming to fill out time sheets when we have to enter multiple 18-25 digit numbers in the comments for multiple jobs per day. Pros The interface is relatively self explanatory and easy to use in a basic sense. Cons We work on multiple jobs per day that need to be charged to multiple accounts. The issue that that we can't figure out is how to setup the software so that it's possible add job #'s to the pay categories to select from, like the "Reg Pay" selection. We currently work around it by entering our time as "Regular" but then we have to enter the account numbers and a brief description of what we did on that account in the comments section. It would be nice if under "pay category" that we could have it setup with a job number, like #8508, and then the software automatically applies the account information to the job # in the background. Le simple icon sur la barre des tâches permet de mettre en route le compteur pour une tâche précise, c'est vraiment top ! Cons La gestion de tâches n'est pas excellente, mais personnellement, je ne l'utilise pas vraiment pour ça. La version gratuite reste limité lorsque l'on veut plus d'analyses sur le temps consacré aux tâches et projets.
