It simplifies timekeeping reporting through dashboards, filtered/sorted reports, emailed reports, and much more. The customer service team is responsive and always open to new feature suggestions and development. This platform also allows 0-hour submissions which help our time easily identify days not worked for payroll purposes. Cons The calendar integration feature can cause time to be logged in the past if a new user is added to an ongoing, group calendar invite. Pros Quality and price, Trackingtime was able to give us a solution to different troubles we were having as a company without ignoring the opinions and comfortability of the different team members and leaders.
