Developer Design Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "A great popup and digital experiences system with amazing support staff" March 31, 2026 5.0 Really happy with everything they even have language support and different geographies and markets for different crm's. Highly recommended for any type of organisation with really kind staff! Pros They have a kind and understanding customer service team always willing to help and the product is easy to use. The team is available any time and when you start onboarding you get a dedicated manager which really helps a lot. They also think about everything so if you are running a complex e-commerce system they really have a lot of integrations out of the box and most can even be connected through API. Cons The initial technical side onboarding documentation can be a bit confusing and the overall onboarding structure and onboarding steps can be a bit overwhelming but they seem to have improved this. There was a bit of back and forth when we started BUT then all the pieces clicked together. So they just need to focus making it simpler to onboard but triggerbee really pays attention and listens. Pros SO easy to implement, good price, and easy to use. I can get good personal help from the customer support but also from the guides that are very easy to follow. Love the campaign templates. Cons I have suggested an undo button for the campaign editor, otherwise I have nothing ”bad” to say. " September 1, 2021 5.0 Friendly and easy-going staff that helped a lot with onboarding and any questions i had. We are still exploring the different types of pop-ups and forms and testing out different types of campaigns, but so far we've only had good experiences.
