Pros: Have needed very little support but when it has been needed, the staff at TimeClick are patient, courteous and know their product!

Pros: easy to use and correct any problems that I may have and the staff also finds it easy to use, so that is a plus

Overall: It is an easy one and again, the staff likes it and they never complain

Always super friendly and can resolve any issue quickly (although it's rare to have issues).

Pros: I don't really use the software but it was easy to install. However, your support team is amazing. One of the customer rep has been helping me out the last 2 days and I really felt like he wanted to get this done and even stayed after his normal duty hours to make sure my client was happy. I really cannot thank him enough.

Cons: the only thing that I could even come close to being a con is the fact your company does not have an internal remote software. Dealing with remote access all day I know that my client sometimes barely know how to turn on a computer much less install a program such as team viewer.

Overall: the software looks easy to use and I really look forward to working with your fine staff in the future

Pros: TimeClick is very easy to use. we literally have not had any issues until our recent problem. When I had the issue last week our rep was very efficient and helpful

Cons: The thing that I like lease is that I paid for a quick under 1 minute fix. It would be nice if the charge was based on the time spent.

Overall: Time Click saves us a tremendous amount of time. Before we started using it we had the old time clock. And every payroll I had to figure every day and wekk for each employee. This is so much easier and time saving.

Overall: Clayson was extremely helpful and so is everyone else when we call. It's never a worry the few times we ever do have issues because we know we will talk to a real person right away who will fix the issues. Never fails these people are great!

Comments: Helps with keeping the record of our team office hours. we log our hours every day and our HR gets notified based upon our office time veery month. It is also integrated with QuickBooks which helps further with payroll management. For our finance people, it's helpful tool as they can decide the pay of a team member based upon their office hours for a specific month.

Pros: Good software for the reporting of team hours. Helps with a number of HR features. Value for money!

Recommendations to other buyers: Leaves and vacations can be managed via this tool. Helps with a number of HR features. Employees are happy using this tool and our management is happy as well.

Comments: Employees record their time their self. So it removed the headache of our office administration people. An employee can also see reporting on their office time every month. It helps them to notice their time records and understanding their payroll based upon time spent in the office.

Pros: CSV export for the office time report needs to be available. it will provide more options to filter data within CSV to present the reports to various people.

Recommendations to other buyers: It helps to reduce the load on the office administration people. Employees can manage their time entries their self and see records of it via the reporting feature. Good one to use if you have hundreds of employees in your organization.

Comments: We have been using TimeClick for over a year. What a wonderful investment! It's cut my payroll time in half.

Comments: We are a small company and prior to TimeClick we used Excel to track time. We depended on the "honor" system and employees were to enter the time on the PC at the start of the day and the end of the day and we had a separate column for the amount of time taken for lunch. Recorded time wasn't always accurate.

Pros: TimeClick is extremely easy for the employees to clock in and out. It is easy for me to modify if that is necessary. And on payday the report provides all the information with no Excel calculations on my part. I am confidant that the hours on the report are exactly right.

Cons: The only minor complaint is that the User Guide is not as detailed as it could be. However, the support is outstanding making this a non-issue.

Recommendations to other buyers: You have nothing to lose to try the 30-day trial. It was easy to install and train the employees. I love this software.

Comments: We switched from an old-fashioned punch clock to this software a couple of years ago. It is a vast improvement to our old system and we are generally pleased.

Pros: Multiple areas to personalize the system and classify the employees (ability to assign departments, etc.)

Cons: Unable to download reports to an editable spreadsheet (one usage example would be to auto-fill a template that we use to upload the hours into our payroll software.)

Comments: The program is very user friendly. Having the program on everyone's computer keeps us from having a line standing at the old time clock at quitting time. Our customer support person Bryan has been fabulous. Based on other software we looked at the value was very reasonable. Bryan has taken our suggestions for some changes (such as the detail report to include overtime versus having to do another report for the overtime and save paper) we would like and has been very understanding on what these mean not only for us but how it could be beneficial for others.

NO MORE RIBBONS, TIME CLOCKS OR MESS!! THIS IS THE BEST!

Comments: This software is perfect for our business.
We can have multiple locations to clock in and out, which makes it very convenient, since our office requires our personnel to move around the office a lot.

One of the great features is, that our accountant can access the timeclock remotely. There is no need for any additional software for us to add. They use one of the 5 users and run reports to process payroll. We don't have to worry about sending in timesheets, since it is capable of being done remotely.

Great time system, with a lot of options and features.

Customer service is great and fast to respond when you have a question or any issues.

Overall: So for so good. A few interesting little nuances to learn but simple enough. Selecting the correct date when editing time can be a challenge because it defaults to the last pay period. Also, it would be nice to have a time exception report, so that fixes to missed or duplicate clock-ins could be fixed before the report is printed.

Recommendations to other buyers: Letting employees not adjust there reasons why they could not clock in but have the need for a supervisor.

Cons: When modifying times for an employee it would be more efficient to see all the in and outs for the pay period worked instead of opening one date at a time.

Overall: We have been very happy with the customer support that came with Time Click esp with Bryan B. The software is quite simple to use and perfect for our company size. I would have liked to see all the dates and hours worked for an employee in one snapshot when modify times instead of having to open each day separately.

Overall: TimeClick is easy to use on the client side and has been a very stable product, from an IT perspective. The user interface is not complicated, or cluttered. Our billing manager is able to consistently access reports and manage users with ease. Support has always been very helpful ( the handful of times I've ever had to call ) and have quickly addressed any items that have come up with the program, which has typically been during upgrading the product to input a new license key. Great product.

Pros: After a lot of careful product comparison, we made a smart choice with TimeClick. Installation was simple and safe and this time tracking system is easy for our employees and administration to use. We especially love that each employee can clock in and out at their own workstation desktop. I can't say enough about the helpful, precise and cheerful customer support! It is so refreshing to speak with a pleasant voice when having my questions answered!

Cons: I have no complaints or issues at all. There have been no problems or concerns since we began using TimeClick almost ten months ago.

Pros: TimeClick helps us managing various departments including HR, Design, Finance, Development, marketing etc. Different people have different office timings according to their department. This helps us define the right time schedule from back-end for each employee. It helps employee to add their time in and out logs easily.

Cons: I do not know of any feature which does not work well. Its a good system to be managed by small organizations.

Pros: Time click provides an easy to use solution for our team to mark their attendance.We have been looking for this kind of solution since a long time and finally we got TimeClick. It is simple to use and Admin can manage all employee data from back-end.

Pros: The customer service support has been very helpful and easy to work with. They are great about answering questions and showing you other uses within the system. It was affordable and simple to use. I was worried that it would take a great deal of time to set up and begin using...but it was easy and the customer support was very helpful. I especially like that I can use the on-line support for quick questions and they respond to me right away.

Cons: I do not really have a complaint at this time and I have been using the system for over 4 months now. Any new computerized system can be intimidating, but I recommend making good use of the training tools they provide so that you are informed about how to best use the system. If that doesn't work for you the on-line support representatives are very prompt to respond to your questions. They were patient and helped me get my system set up just right for my needs.

Recommendations to other buyers: Do your homework first. Understand what functions you really want for your business needs and then begin looking for systems that match up with your needs. Remember that any system you choose should save you time and headaches in the end, and be a great support to your record keeping.

Pros: The product works well and I have never had a problem with it. It is simple to use, very user friendly and intuitive and does not require extensive use of the "help" menus. Very quick response time with online chat and phone service

Pros: This software is excellent! It took HR and non-exempt employees no time at all to figure out how to use it. It is easy to use and accurate. The reports are comprehensive and clearly print necessary and pertinent information based on what it is you need. It makes processing payroll easy and quick. It only takes a couple of clicks to make adjustments to employee's time when necessary; for instance, if the employee forgets to clock in/out for lunch. So easy! After many years of using traditional time cards and a time clock, this is a breath of fresh air! Customer Service is excellent. From day one we have received great service. We can call or email anytime and get answers we need.

Cons: There is really nothing so far that we do not like; or maybe we just have not discovered it yet. We are very pleased with the software.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are debating whether or not to purchase the software, start with the 30-day trial. Our company used it, loved it, and we were able to work out a couple of small kinks before going live. This gave our employees a chance to try this software and give us feedback. The great thing about this is, all of the information that was entered during the trial defaults once you go live. There is not need to re-enter everything. In our opinion, this software is definitely worth the investment.

Pros: This was a great solution to a time clock that allows our remote employees to log in as well as everyone else in the building without having a time clock in a central location. We have been able to quickly access support when we have had to replace a computer that required a new installation of the product.

Comments: Our small law firm has utilized TimeClick for all of our timekeeping needs for approximately two and one half years now and it has been exactly what we were looking for. TimeClick is perfect for any small business looking for a more efficient and better timekeeping method that is not going to break the bank and does not require an advanced degree. TimeClick was easy to install and incredibly easy to use. We just downloaded the main program on our server and then put the local installation on the individual employee¿s computers. At the end of the pay period, we simply print out the payroll report and send it to our payroll company. It is just that easy. It also aides us in tracking paid time off as it has a function for that as well. Thus, we can properly identify what were hours actually worked and what was vacation or sick time so that we do not needlessly pay overtime when the same is not warranted. I am fairly certain the program has paid for itself in this respect. TimeClick also has terrific technical support where you talk to a real person who is responsive to the caller¿s skillset and who is willing to listen to what you have already attempted before forcing you to repeat steps that have already failed before the call, saving time and energy. I wholeheartedly have and will continue to recommend TimeClick to my clients, colleagues, friends and neighbors. In fact, labor law is one of my specialties and I always recommend TimeClick to my labor law clients who have do not have a good recordkeeping system in place as it is a painless way to aid in complying with the law. You will not be disappointed.

Pros: The software has some good functionality and can be used with various organizations. But the UI is not setup right. The UI looks traditional and does not follow the web standards.

Pros: This product is good for companies that are well spread out and don't communication directly with every department. The office is able to see if warehouse members are here, and warehouse members are able to see if Sales members are here. I like that it doesn't need the internet to work. It all goes off an administrator computer. The administrator can access the administrator mode off any computer. If an employee is late to work or tries to leave early, everyone can view TimeClick to see the in/out times.

Cons: The only thing I don't like about TimeClick is that if you don't set up TimeClick to save your files to a backups, you can lose everything. I accidentally deleted an employee and wanted to retrieve all the information on that employee, and it was wiped clean from just deleting an employee.

Recommendations to other buyers: Never delete an employee. You need to just use the termination section instead. It keeps all the information on TimeClick, but you don't have to look at their name on the main screen.

Pros: There is nothing better about TimeClick than how easy it is to use. That is true whether you are a non-exempt staff member, clocking in and out every day, or if you are the office administrator, working in the administrative mode. Clocking in and out? Easy! Adding a new user? Easy! Fixing a user error? Also easy! The product is so user/administrator-friendly that it can't be overstated. It does not require much training; just give a user their password, and they are off to the races. It couldn't be simpler. Customer support is always very responsive and helps us address any issues that come up, and there are very rarely any technical issues. We have been using TimeClick for several years now, and it has been more than worth the small cost of the product to be able to accurately track the hours (and overtime) our employees work each week. When we first started using the product, we were worried how easy it would be and whether the staff would use it effectively. We needn't have worried; TimeClick makes it easy for employees to clock in and out, as well as check their own time to avoid going into overtime.

Cons: I wish the reports were easier to print and more readable. They are probably the worst thing about TimeClick, but they are acceptable. I can't think of anything else I dislike about it. It occasionally stops working properly and simply needs an update or to be reinstalled. Frankly, I don't know exactly what happens, but it always gets fixed quickly by a quick call to customer support. It seems like it might happen every 6 months to a year.

Recommendations to other buyers: It is important to know what your users are capable of. The TimeClick system is simple; just click in, out, on break, back from break, etc. From an administrator's point of view, it is easy to control and address user errors.

Pros: The support team is awesome. It is so nice not having to buy special timecards and deal with time clocks breaking down.

Cons: The inability to print reports is the worst thing about the product. Upon setup, the employee number, job description, etc. are input, but the employee number does not print on the timecard. Also, I took the time to input all the workman comp codes as employee description to print a report for our workman's comp audit. The program doesn't have that ability. Additionally, there is no way to hide a terminated employee from view on the main screen. I want to keep the information, but I don't want a long list of employees.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you want time clock software that has the functionality to run reports needed for reporting purposes, this is not the program for you. It keeps time very well, the reports are crisp (although they waste a lot of paper), and should you ever need support, you can't ask for a better team.

This is one of the better software systems to keep track of hours.They are always willing to help. If they are not available when you first call, they always call back that same day. TimeClick has been an enormous help to keep track of the employee hours, vacation time, and other time off. It allows each employee to track their own hours each day if they want. As an employer, we can run reports on all employees or individual employees as needed. It is easy to use for everyone. TimeClick is always updating their product with new features. You should give it a trial run against other product. I think you will find this is one of the best.

Comments: I found TimeClick when I searched for a computerized time clock program online. Customer reviews were very good, so I decided to try the free 30-day trial. Midway through our trial period, a customer service rep checked on us to see how the program was working out for us. Her phone call made me feel even more comfortable with the program. Our team had been using a computerized time clock prior to my purchasing TimeClick. They feel that the TimeClick program is very easy to use and have had very few issues with using it. The purchase price was very reasonable, and as mentioned earlier, the support staff is both helpful and friendly. I am very pleased with this product and can see our company using TimeClick well into the future.

Comments: We had another timeclock program for several years but after they went out of business we had to search for a new one. We tested several and settled on TimeClick. It works great and is simple to use. The ability to network it onto several computers was also a big plus for our business. The only feature I wish it had was a report to give gross wages and hours as a quick double check on accuracy of the punches. We are very happy with our choice

Comments: Each employee has their own individual account + each employee can be categorized by department (for us it is store) + TimeClick is easy to use + reports for payroll are easy to print. TimeClick has provided a more accurate record keeping of employee schedule and time worked.

Pros: TimeClick has really helped our business become more efficient. Before, employees signed in and out in a notebook, and then payroll was done by hand. Twice a month, I would spend at least an hour totaling hours for our employees. With TimeClick, a couple clicks of a button, and I have a printed report with totaled hours including overtime. It makes my life a lot easier!

Cons: I haven't ran into any problems with the software. I love it, and so do my employees.

Recommendations to other buyers: The upgrades are fantastic! They include new features that really enhance the software and help me streamline my payroll. I would recommend purchasing the support plan with upgrades.

Comments: The thing I like best about TimeClick is that is it is really easy to use! With my old clock-in software, it would take me hours to total up all of the times manually. Comments: It is very user-friendly...I like the holiday, paid time off, and vacation features. I only have to enter total hours instead of starting and ending times. The TimeClick personnel are very nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable. The great thing is that they are based in the United States. TimeClick is a local company, which is one of the biggest concerns I always have when dealing with software. We were having difficulty loading additional workstations in our network. A customer service rep, enthusiastically assisted me. She was patient and thorough. When we were unsuccessful, she put me in touch with a programmer. He offered me his cell number for weekend and after hour calls. Pros: It allows us to deploy the time clock software in several locations on our fairgrounds. That makes it easier for our employees, both full time and part time, to have a convenient place to clock in and out.

Cons: It still needs a report that only shows those that had any time during the pay period. I don't like that I have to get a page on every employee that did not work.

Recommendations to other buyers: Just give it a try. It has more features than I have room to tell you about. It works great for us and was easy for the employees to learn to use.

Cons: We don't really have anything that we like least. We have not had any problems with the program.

Recommendations to other buyers: Look for something user-friendly so that all levels of employees can learn to use it easily. Take into account the end result you need it for - whether it's for reporting purposes, monitoring employee activity, etc.

Cons: It is unfortunate that we have to have the computer on all the time. We've had a few instances where the employees could not access the software, also. I have had to walk them through updating the IP address.

Recommendations to other buyers: Don't be afraid to contact TimeClick. A few times, I struggled when all I needed to do is call or email. It was such a simple situation, but unfortunately, I wasted too much time on it before calling. I would suggest purchasing the support for at least the first year. It is inexpensive and worth it.

Comments: TimeClick is great! I researched and compared several time clock options before deciding to use TimeClick. We have 32 employees in four separate buildings, so we have some specific needs regarding time and attendance. TimeClick surpassed our needs and at a very cost effective price. A major deciding factor in choosing TimeClick was the customer service - they are fabulous! They are quick to respond and very easy to deal with - I highly recommend TimeClick.
