It's really easy to understand how it works, explore all its features, and test things by yourself. The support team is also really responsive and always helpful when you need them. Overall, I can say it's a really nice, helpful, and stress-free tool for your business. Cons Honestly, I don't have many negatives to mention. If I had to pick one, I'd say the subscriber management could be a little more intuitive when working with larger contact lists. I was happy about the pricing and the features it gives, but I expected it to be set and forget, however over time the sudden technical challenges made me loose trust. Pros The free plan is great for beginners and you get plenty of functionalities with the ease of use that makes it easy to set things up. It was the best solutions for one of my startups at the starting stage. Cons During my time using MailerLite there were multiple technical changes and subscription changes. This lead to some of my funnels not working. This is not a standard I require for my business, so I'm transferring elsewhere. Switched from [Kit](https://www.capterra.com/p/175000/ConvertKit/) ConvertKit was too expensive, the differences in features were minor at that time. I would recommend this for quick but professional-looking mass emails. Pros Our church has been using MailerLite for several years now, and we find it easy to navigate and have great customer support if needed. Cons Some slight issues when editing word content to get it to accept the default black for words, and with varying the alignment within the same edit box.
