When I had a loggin problem they were on it and were very helpful getting me going again. Cons The only issue I had was the 2FA (2 factor authentication). I agree that some security is needed, but I would prefer options so that I can choose the best one for my needs. There are pros and cons, but if the support is improved it would be an excellent option. Pros It's straight forward, clean and easy enough to use. It is simple to set up, send and analyse campaigns. There is good data available easily on engagement, clicks and other statistics. Cons It can be frustrating not being able to speak to somebody in support regarding urgent technical issues. The chat feature is cumbersome and takes a few minutes to speak to a human, who often has to escalate the query to another department. I have just signed for two years on an offer with a super low price. And I send about 70 000 mails a month - this is my income, it's not play-play. Pros ML was more economic than what I had. Also, I could cancel my website and build a new one on ML - saving more. ML is easy to use with drag and drop email building and what's best is that there team is always, always ready to provide support - even on the basic level. Cons It provides all that I personally need, so I'm staying, but previously I could could make text flow around graphics in more snazzy ways - then again, value for money... But once it is reported they quickly work on a repair. Most fixes take at MOST 1 hour, which is not much compared to other places. I love how you can easily group your subscribers into groups to be able to send a campaign to those who need it while NOT sending to others. It's very easy to set up an email campaign and schedule out the email. Pros Ease of use is the best out of most all platforms I've tried. Customer support is patient and actually cares when something isn't working and attempts to help you. Cons Pricing is honestly the only thing I don't like. I feel it is extremely expensive but it isn't the most expensive either. It does give a lot of extras for the price but I do wish it could be cheaper. Setting up automations, campaigns and forms is straightforward, even for clients who aren't tech-savvy. The WooCommerce integration works really well for e-commerce clients. I love that I can schedule campaigns, automate message and product delivery, integrate with other tools that I use, and see my analytics easily. And every time I've reached out to customer support I get detailed and helpful responses. Cons The only real con for me is that support is only via email and they are in such a different time zone than I am on the West Coast of the US - that said, they are very responsive. The platform is simple but effective, and the interface is much cleaner than other similar tools( i.e. Smore, Constant Contact) Pros MailerLite is a great value for simple email newsletters and landing pages, all-in-one. The drag-and-drop editor is intuitive, and customer support is fast and effective when support is needed. 4-stars because mobile is hard to work with, but I have yet to see a web-based email marketing platform solve this challenge. Cons The editor is very challenging to work with on Mobile, with chunky overlays that make editing very challenging. But it works in a pinch. Director Photography Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Beware of a total lack of communication & risk of sudden account termination" June 25, 2025 1.0 Although my initial experience of using the platform and setting up my emails and automations was good, I wasn't even able to send my first email campaign as my attempt led to a termination of the account with no warning or explanation. Numerous attempts to try and discuss and attempt to resolve the issue were unanswered- I'm just glad I hadn't given MailerLite my hard earned money given their customer treatment. Pros The interface was user-friendly with a number of different drag and drop design options. The free package was quite generous and gave a good feel for the product Cons Non-existent customer support and total lack of communication with customers. Without any warnings indicating that something I had done was breaching their terms (still don't know what to this date as they wouldn't respond to my emails and tell me) my account was suspended and terminated. Mailchimp), and new features include drag and drop email builder software, bringing it in line with block building software across the industry. Cons Although essential, a few years ago they updated their software significantly from Mailerlite Classic to the newer Mailerlite, but users who had emails/automations in Mailerlite Classic could not transfer most of their work across, so had to redo it manually in the newer system. " June 12, 2026 5.0 Pros What I like most about MailerLite is how much value it provides in a single platform. The support documentation covers almost everything, and whenever I've had a unique request that falls outside the standard guides, the support team has been responsive and genuinely helpful. The ability to host multiple websites, landing pages, and email lists all within one platform is a huge advantage. Having everything connected in the same ecosystem eliminates the need for multiple subscriptions and simplifies management. On top of that, the landing page builder is incredibly easy to use, making it quick to create professional pages that integrate directly with your email marketing campaigns. Cons The only drawback I've encountered is with the Stripe integration. The fact that MailerLite now supports Stripe payments directly within the platform is fantastic and has added a lot of value. However, at present, only a single Stripe account can be connected to a MailerLite account. For businesses like ours that operate multiple brands or revenue streams, it would be extremely useful to connect multiple Stripe accounts and assign them to different websites, landing pages, or products. This would provide greater flexibility and simplify payment management across different business entities. That said, the current Stripe integration is already a great addition, and multi-account Stripe support would simply be a valuable enhancement rather than a necessity. " September 26, 2025 5.0 Overall, fantastic platform. Outstanding customer support, great documentation for the most part, lots of integrations, easy-to-use tools and systems... I am SO happy someone recommended MailerLite to me. I can't imagine ever working with another Email Service Provider. Special shout-out to Lilian, the agent I worked with today, for her attention to detail and awesome support! Pros I love how seamless this software is. It is SO rare that I have to go outside MailerLite for anything. Seriously, from the Tenor GIF gallery for adding GIFs to emails, to their landing page/website design tools, to their new eCommerce tools, I find this to be well worth the money I pay. And even before I was paying for it, the free version was AWESOME. It's just so dang easy to segment my audience, email my campaigns, set up automations, and add my branding to all of it. Far, far superior to the experience I had with MailChimp. Cons My one complaint is there's a little lack of clarity about domains. I set up a custom domain with the intention of using the main www.\[myurl\].com for my website, and www.\[myurl\].com/free-quiz, etc., for my landing pages. I had set up 18 landing pages for different campaigns and offers when I tried to publish my website today. And that's when I learned you can't use 1 domain for both landing pages and websites. Cue panic - I need this website live by Monday and it's 4pm on Friday! That said, the customer support I got for this was AWESOME. She did stuff on the back-end to save me time, and walked me through, click-by-click, how to set up what I wanted. But now ALL of my landing pages have a new domain, and I have to get in touch with quite a few colleagues to have them update their links for me. I'm a bit embarrassed about that, honestly. But other than this 1 issue? I have 0 complaints from my last 6+ months of using MailerLite. Review Source VR Verified Reviewer Directora Human Resources Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Refund my money — abusive Anti-Spam policy" April 29, 2026 1.0 My experience was very poor, as their so-called “Anti-Spam Policy” is applied arbitrarily and conceals abusive and dishonest charges for services that are not delivered. Refund my money. Pros What I liked most was the design of their emails, along with a user-friendly and easy-to-use system. Cons I signed up for the service, carried out only 2 campaign sends, and before even completing a week, my account was closed. I was unable to use the plan, yet they kept 100% of the payment (USD 70). No real use of the service. No refund. No sense of proportionality. They justified the decision based on an alleged violation of their anti-spam policy. My database was built carefully and had already been used previously without issues, including contacts with explicit consent and others with implied consent (no objection to prior communications). I also explained that the bounce rate was due to high staff turnover in the sector I work in, not due to any improper practices. None of this was taken into account. They closed the account unilaterally and retained the remaining funds. For anyone considering this platform: you may pay, barely use the service, and still lose all your money with no possibility of a refund. I like ML for its easy of use, speed, and efficiency. Currently upgrading to a paid plan, which I wouldn't do if I didn't like the service. Pros I use the platform to manage my subscriber list. It's easy to use and straightforward. I never have any trouble with it. I had to upgrade and selected the wrong plan, which customer service was quick to help correct. Cons I had to upgrade my plan for two reasons: I reached the max subscribers for my current setup, which is fine, and because ML dropped their free plan from 1000 subs to 500.
