I have just signed for two years on an offer with a super low price. And I send about 70 000 mails a month - this is my income, it's not play-play. Pros ML was more economic than what I had. Also, I could cancel my website and build a new one on ML - saving more. ML is easy to use with drag and drop email building and what's best is that there team is always, always ready to provide support - even on the basic level. CEO Logistics and Supply Chain Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Account terminated after payment, no refund" January 15, 2026 1.0 We used MailerLite to send a one-time B2B introduction email to business contacts (like info@...) to introduce our platform. We first sent test emails — everything worked fine. Based on that, we upgraded to a paid plan (10,000 subscribers). Then we sent our first real batch of 170 emails. This was not spam, not a scam, not aggressive marketing — just a respectful informational message. From recipients: no spam complaints, no abusive response, normal engagement . From MailerLite: no warnings, no alerts, no indication of any problem. Later, when preparing to send the next batch (~500 emails), our account was terminated for an alleged Terms of Service violation. No prior warning. No opportunity to correct anything. The most important thing to understand: once this happens, YOU LOSE ALL the MONEY you paid. It does not matter if you paid for a year. It does not matter if you used only a small part of the service. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND. Pros The platform was restricted so quickly after onboarding that we never had a real opportunity to experience or evaluate any meaningful benefits or strengths. But once it is reported they quickly work on a repair. Most fixes take at MOST 1 hour, which is not much compared to other places. I love how you can easily group your subscribers into groups to be able to send a campaign to those who need it while NOT sending to others. It's very easy to set up an email campaign and schedule out the email. Pros Ease of use is the best out of most all platforms I've tried. Customer support is patient and actually cares when something isn't working and attempts to help you. Cons Pricing is honestly the only thing I don't like. I feel it is extremely expensive but it isn't the most expensive either. It does give a lot of extras for the price but I do wish it could be cheaper. I would say it is an excellent plataform to use, friendly, intuitiv, easy and fast. When you are already familiarized with the tools and hundreds of templates already done for you it is something that is your "best hand" to go through all your bussiness plan, Pros Well... speaking of the benefits of Mailer lite I would say that this plataform has a very powerfull, usefull and frindly customer support. Obviously, as many others there are BOT answers but you can speak with a real persona whenever you nedd and this person stay with you as long as you need. Moreover the long years since i have being using Miler lite all the people that helped me were always very kindness, helpfull and strongly worried about solving my problems. I can not remember not even one time they could not solve my problem. It is a tool ease or use. It is really very intuitiv and you can learn very fast how to use it, different from others that has perhaps others tools but are far more dificult for a daily use. If you are thinking about money, the instruments it gives you value for money everything you pay. If you are begining you almost have to pay nothing, just if you are reaching more people and need more espefic tools because your project or bussiness grow then you start paying but from my point of view the very just amount of money. The emial management and email templates are very easy to use, and have strong power to reach more peoplo and make grow your audience and database that is crucial for those who want to earn money with - for example - courses, webinars, mentoring and so one. I have already made many campaign marketing and it is so easy to do. And again... there is always someone to help you in the Path if you get stuck in an stage of the process. It has some usefull social media management and help with that with some tools that join your campaigns and others landing pages with your own followers from your social media channels. The spam filtering as many or all others plataform is always a problem that concerns those who thrive into the self education industry or any other digital selling product, but they explain and teach you very good how to engage better and not having much problems with that. Cons There is no big deal talking aout real problems. Obviously you can get other plataforms that have more professional use tools. But then... we are talking about bigger companies or people who have already great projects. But even in that case from my point of view Mailer lite can help when you have tousend of mails in your database and has already a big audience. Perhaps it is not the right tool for big industry companies, but for natural people as me is far more easy to use and manage then any other plataform that I have already tried to use. The drag-and-drop editor is intuitive, and customer support is fast and effective when support is needed. 4-stars because mobile is hard to work with, but I have yet to see a web-based email marketing platform solve this challenge. Cons The editor is very challenging to work with on Mobile, with chunky overlays that make editing very challenging. But it works in a pinch. I would highly recommend. Cons It would be nice if you could better apply small video to some newsletter that go out to customers/clients for better readership. Like being able to embed instagram reels etc especially when working with advertising for promoting content. Easy to use, fair pricing and overall very good tool for email marketing. Pros I find it user-friendly even with the free version. Fair way of pricing, it is a great tool for email marketing and very fast to learn. Nice design options, easy to use. Cons Sometimes it shows UK-based customers (with UK domain emails) as USA-based and that is confusing and makes me doubt the data. The support documentation covers almost everything, and whenever I've had a unique request that falls outside the standard guides, the support team has been responsive and genuinely helpful. The ability to host multiple websites, landing pages, and email lists all within one platform is a huge advantage. Having everything connected in the same ecosystem eliminates the need for multiple subscriptions and simplifies management. On top of that, the landing page builder is incredibly easy to use, making it quick to create professional pages that integrate directly with your email marketing campaigns. Cons The only drawback I've encountered is with the Stripe integration. The fact that MailerLite now supports Stripe payments directly within the platform is fantastic and has added a lot of value. However, at present, only a single Stripe account can be connected to a MailerLite account. For businesses like ours that operate multiple brands or revenue streams, it would be extremely useful to connect multiple Stripe accounts and assign them to different websites, landing pages, or products. This would provide greater flexibility and simplify payment management across different business entities. That said, the current Stripe integration is already a great addition, and multi-account Stripe support would simply be a valuable enhancement rather than a necessity. Printing Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Excellent Platform for an Indie Author" September 15, 2025 5.0 Everything has gone well for the last couple of years while I'm publishing books and building a readership. I like ML for its easy of use, speed, and efficiency. Currently upgrading to a paid plan, which I wouldn't do if I didn't like the service. Pros I use the platform to manage my subscriber list. It's easy to use and straightforward. I never have any trouble with it. I had to upgrade and selected the wrong plan, which customer service was quick to help correct. Cons I had to upgrade my plan for two reasons: I reached the max subscribers for my current setup, which is fine, and because ML dropped their free plan from 1000 subs to 500.
