The support documentation covers almost everything, and whenever I've had a unique request that falls outside the standard guides, the support team has been responsive and genuinely helpful. The ability to host multiple websites, landing pages, and email lists all within one platform is a huge advantage. Having everything connected in the same ecosystem eliminates the need for multiple subscriptions and simplifies management. On top of that, the landing page builder is incredibly easy to use, making it quick to create professional pages that integrate directly with your email marketing campaigns. Cons The only drawback I've encountered is with the Stripe integration. The fact that MailerLite now supports Stripe payments directly within the platform is fantastic and has added a lot of value. However, at present, only a single Stripe account can be connected to a MailerLite account. For businesses like ours that operate multiple brands or revenue streams, it would be extremely useful to connect multiple Stripe accounts and assign them to different websites, landing pages, or products. This would provide greater flexibility and simplify payment management across different business entities. That said, the current Stripe integration is already a great addition, and multi-account Stripe support would simply be a valuable enhancement rather than a necessity. I've used it for 4 years now with my own small business and have recommended it to many others. Pros For small businesses that are just starting out MailerLite is a game changer. Great price point for website, landing pages, and email campaigns. They also have solid customer service that always promptly answers questions. Cons Some of the website design controls can be a little clunky without a good undo feature. It could be that I just need to learn more. Pros Mailerlite is easy to use and much cheaper then other companies. I hardly need the customer support, but when I do they're really helpful. Cons Can't think of anything. Only thing is that everything is in English, so you have to translate all settings and such. I had tried another email system and found it confusing bur MailerLite was straight forward with clear directions. Cons Nothing i have been very happy with MailerLite.i wouldn't change anything. Pros Super customer support made getting onboard easy. After that, the product was very intuitive. The wide range of templates makes it easy to lay out a professional-looking newsletter for those with no layout experience. I really liked the feature that let me send out my newsletter at the same time to my subscribers no matter where they lived--it didn't even cost me extra! Cons It was awkward to authenticate my domain for sending out emails, but to be fair, this is a system-wide problem no exclusive to MailerLite. Still, the MailerLite folks were very helpful with this. Switched from [Mailchimp](https://www.capterra.com/p/110228/MailChimp/) I liked MailChimp, but after playing with MailerLite, I found it both easier to use and less expensive. I believe we could offer bigger discounts for more subscribers.
