President Music Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Fabulous interface and support" January 23, 2022 5.0 Probably one of the best customer support experiences I've had with any company — especially after the nightmare of Aweber and Sendinblue where there was no willingness to work on any issues with contacts. Pros One of the toughest, most sensitive aspects of joining a new email marketing company is how well your email list will be tolerated by their tight standards. AWeber will literally slam the door shut on your account (after hours of building templates, forms, etc.) without telling you why if your list isn't up to snuff; Sendinblue won't work with you if there's a problem. But Mailerlite has a fabulous support team and excellent tools to make sure your list is deliverable. They are willing to work with you with a friendly 24-hour support team. Just an amazing experience compared to their competitors. The graphics and design aspects are beautiful, simple, and highly customizable. The knowledge base of Mailerlite's customer support and help documents is top-notch. Every customer support rep knew their stuff, and supporting documents were clearly laid out and explained for steps to optimize whatever we were doing. And support is 24/7 with very fast response in Chat. The overall interface is really nice, simple to find what you need, and pleasant to look at. Cons For our purposes, there is nothing lacking. For the price point and what you get, there simply is no competitor that touches Mailerlite. March 25, 2022 5.0 Pros I chose MailerLite when I launched my business and I've never looked back. I can create beautiful campaigns, track absolutely every metric that matters, and design automations that run perfectly. I love that I only have to spend time on things once and they just run, exactly as they should. I know just enough to be dangerous, but both times that I've needed support I've been completely in awe of how good their team is. They're personable, effective, thoughtful, and funny. Both times, I've had complicated issues and both times they were handled with a level of humanity that made me grateful to be a customer! Cons I haven't found any gaps in their offerings yet. And, whenever I've had difficulty implementing something, they are right there with me until it's solved. They help you quickly and have good english and get you through what you need. Pros I went off mailerlite for 6 months and came crawling back. I only left because a supplier said their option could do everything without DUCT TAPE. But you know, being the best in their field is something to hold on to. I've learned that it's important to be user friendly to the PERSON using the interface as it is for the CUSTOMER at the other end receiving emails. Both have to be good, then there is NO DUCT TAPE. Cons I wish they would have different brackets for subscribers. Reason for choosing MailerLite for the pricepoint and service over other cheaper ones that don't work in the way I want - they have rich text options which are great for quick messages to my community. and if i want to go the full hog, i can with a drag and drop editor, they make sure my deliverability is good. It has powerful integrations and even features its own landing page builder (as well as a very versatile form builder). Multiple great templates and well defined blocks that are useful in any type of email. Cons It is not yet possible to feature some eCommerce KPIs in the campaign dashboard. Top-level eCommerce figures are distorted by the multicurrency set-up in WooCommerce. Pros Some of the things I love about Mailerlite are the affordability, the ease of use, the knowledge base, and--when you can't figure out how to do something--STELLAR customer service. Every time I've had to reach out to someone, they've helped me quickly, giving me the information I need and the tools to find what I need next time. And they are consistently improving. Several years ago, I switched from another provider to Mailerlite to save money and expected fewer bells and whistles, but Mailerlite has not disappointed me. Definitely very approachable for anyone looking for a straightforward and simple to use platform or if you're new to email marketing and want some guidance in building emails. The site offers that help in an easy to understand fashion! Cons It's limiting in terms of aesthetics. If you like a minimalistic and simple-looking email then this gets the job done. It's not displeasing to look at but I wish there were more enhancements I could make to get the background, photos, or even embedding in the email to animate and look prettier. While it seems the issue may be related to Wordpress and not Mailerlite, \[sensitive content hidden\] still gave me some invaluable help that will make adding embedded forms more efficient in the future. Cons There really isn't anything I dislike about Mailerlite. The one thing that was lacking for me has now been added - integration with Canva. Mailerlite does a good job at providing a simple interface for non-technical users and keeping things 'lite' Pros Simple straightforward to roll out and import your subscribers. Subscriber management is very simple with groups and the free tier is very generous for under 1000 subscribers. Cons API is a big dodgy and sometimes fails with vague response code and a retry mechanism is required to mitigate that. Their system uses Mailchimp+ClickFunnels+Zapier which actually cost quite a lot. I managed pretty much to do ALL of that in MailerLite, and in a simpler better way, for way cheaper :)) Pros The interface is great, modern, simple, and it works flawlessly. For me that was actually the most important (because my computer is old and Mailchimp’s interface was just horrendous to use). Many great features - overall it’s just way very well thought through. Fx the Facebook audience integration, the automations. Even the website builder is super useful - even though I’m a web designer, making websites from scratch takes forever, so I made all my landing pages there and it works flawlessly. I found a few bugs which their support was very reactive about - one of them was corrected in a few days! Cons Not much to say there - my intern has a strange issue where the campaign list is very slow to load. But it must be something specific because it loads fine on my 12-years old mac mini. The website builder is missing a few features which IMO would make it really amazing. The Stripe integration is a bit limited and the website does not have an easy way to make columns. Pros I'm not struggling to use the platform, it's designed for people who don't know much about complex technology. Cons There is no integration with Ecwid, a well-known e-commerce site. I can be mid campaign, run into a stupid problem, write them on chat, and in a few minutes, there is a real answer from amazing people who know their stuff. Especially Nicole and Lillian. It is quick, the image library can accessed from anywhere, and so good. Can copy emails quickly, and can use tags great. They allow you to send unlimited emails up to 50 000 subscribers, then additional cost per email. Cons I do not like that it is a subscription, so I have to pay every month. Considering sendfox. We send concert promotions. We construct newsletters and more. Pros Mailerlite is very easy to use. Each section of an email seems to have a ready made drag and drop component. The components can be moved around or deleted with ease. It also integrated seamlessly with our ticketing software and the email signup web setup is straightforward. The support is the best I have ever experienced. I have literally never had to wait more than a minute for someone to jump in and help with any question or setup. Cons There are really no cons. There are a couple possible features that I thought MIGHT be useful. 1) Sub group possibilities and 2) Some ability to enter html in the very top header (where it says view in a browser). These are rather minor. They are looking into what might work. Reason for choosing MailerLite Integration and price. It also had all features I wanted and worked beautifully and easily. It's perfect for small business marketing. Pros Mailerlite is so easy to use with a lovely modern editor. Creating segments and tags and choosing the right ones for a campaign is so easy in Mailerlite. What I really lovely is their customer service - so quick to respond and always helpful. Cons I would like more automation features. With the NEW Mailerlite they haven't yet made it easy for CLASSIC account holders to migrate and instead have to create a new account but with no historical data (as at May 2022). Most tech savvy people will be able to pick it up in a couple of hours and quickly set up a way to communicate with their audience and automate regular emails.
